Its really not a game changer. It's essentially a re-skinned WoW in the Starwars universe (content and most game mechanics). HOWEVER, it plays just like the first two KOTOR games and the story actually made me stop playing Skyrim for 3 days straight. Very excited to continue my journey as a Sith Sorcerer/Assassin.
However since Guild Wars 2 is speculated to be released this upcoming spring, I really don't know if this warrants a purchase.

I was in the closed Beta. Games really good, gameplay over all is above average, but its the story that really truly shines.
Man, I'm only 12 or so hours into my playthrough... I'm not looking forward to this AT ALL. However, unlike other Bethesda games at least my PS3 hasn't crashed yet... Yet.
