Wrong Wrong Wrong. Sony has to make up alot of money and there will be no price drop in blu ray disks for quite some time. That is a fact. It woudl be completely stupid to think anything else. The technology still hasn't even scratched the surface of the general public yet so they won't be dropping prices for a while.

I had 2 crap out on me but I got 2 free hard drives and a free game out of it so it was worth it to me. I do agree with his statement only because what happens if a ps3 breaks ? I think most of the bad xbox's have been weeded out so it is safe to say that they are now a very reliable console. I'm not excusing the initail problems but if we're talking here and now than he may be right.

I think the a big part was the fact that ps3 didn't have a lot of great games out so people were buying blu ray disks instead of games and renting blu ray movies. I really think that played a big part in the success of them beating out hd-dvd. Sony had to known this fact and It was a very smart move on there behalf. They know you spend all of this money on a console and if you can't buy games for it your gonna buy something for it.
How could you not beat Fable ? It's like a 5 hour game.
