That always bothered me with RE2 remake. Zombies in front of me are moving at 90+fps while the ones way in the distance were probably 20 max. This should be in the settings of the game outright.

GTA4 was originally supposed to be a ps3 exclusive until Microsoft gave them a bunch of money to make it multiplat. The game got super delayed and was released without near as much content as it should have had. GTA3 was the most important as it brought the GTA genre into the mainstream. Before 3 came out not many people had heard of the franchise.

I have an insignia from 9 years ago (a cheap one at that) and there's an option to turn down the refresh rate. I feel like in this day and age there's really no excuse for a manufacturer to not have this option included.
