Regardless of what people say that Nintendo is doing their own thing and that they aren't competing with Sony/Microsoft, they are competing against them anyways weather directly or indirectly. They are all videogame companies and the consumer are always going to look at Nintendo as a competitor against Sony and Microsoft. Nintendo is just trying to strug off the negative thoughts that people look at their system. They don't want to be compared to Sony and Microsoft but it's going ...
Hmmmm, I rather have them stick with Aloy if I'm honest. She is obviously the iconic character for Horizon Zero Dawn so why bother having different protagonists. The game has a very clear identity of the world and lead character, why change it? That's like saying we're going to use a brand new character for the Witcher series or maybe playing as someone else in God of War. It's fine if they maybe change protagonist down the road after a few sequels, but i don't want them d...
And there's our clickbait review. There's always gotta be one to bring in all the clicks. It's all opinion of course, but from reading this review, the reviewer seems complain about every little detail and ignore the positive things. Seems like open world games are not his/her taste.
I honestly haven't been this excited for a game in quite a while. I'm so pumped for this. This is probably the next flagship similar to uncharted for Sony in terms of how big it is.
Jesus, hope they got an explanation for this. If there isn't, they're just being completely lazy about this.
But what about the Nintendo Switch?
Yeah I don't plan to get one for at least an entire year. I got burned off on the WiiU and I'm not making that mistake again. It needs 5 games that I absolutely want and right now there's only 2 I'm interested in, that being Super Mario Odyssey and Zelda BOTW. I am semi-interested in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and maybe Fire Emblem but I'm not completely sold on em either.
The other games that I want Nintendo to announce is a new Pikmin game which we do know...
Can they please show off a different area, maybe a few bosses as well. Tired of the seeing the same area over and over. It just feels so uninspiring and bland.
I'm glad. Shadowfall was not very good and I think the Killzone series needs a break.
That is very true. It's just that we don't get good games very often during the summer. Usually it was spring with the droughts but now I think it's summer that are droughts aside from maybe 1-2 games.
I would be so hyped if it did release in 2017, but in my opinion I see it slipping into 2018 in a time period similar to Horizon Zero Dawn as I think Sony would want to make sure it is polished to the maximum. I also see Days Gone slipping into 2018 as well since we know very little of it. However, I am expecting Spider-Man PS4 to be a holiday 2017 title most certainly.
Fair enough. It's entirely possible that Nintendo may have said this incorrectly though. Only time will tell. But I don't think Nintendo would be foolish to keep both packs combined without the ability to buy them separately. We shall see down the road.
Thank god its not 16GB like that rumor stated it was. There was absolutely no way I could download a 16GB patch. That would take me over a day easily. The ps4 download speed is slow for me compared to PC. I dunno why.
I don't see that issue here. Lots of other publishers announce season passes before the game releases. What makes Nintendo doing this for Zelda any different? Hell, this is much cheaper compared to most season passes anyways which recently seems to be in the $40 range.
One of my main issues with the last few final fantasy games were the story being overly convoluted. I appreciate that XV went wit a simpler straightforward approach for the story/plot. While I do think the character development could use some work, I think it was for the best. I also like that its very easy to get back into if you take a long break from playing it. You shouldn't be too lost in the story or anything and should be able to pick back where you left off which is a major plus. ...
Nice to have a summer game for once. Usually there's nothing during June. Definitely preordering this. I never played Crash before so this should be interesting.
So excited for Sonic 2017. I loved Generations and Unleashed with the daytime levels so I hope it's in the vein of those games. Lost World was pretty meh and I found it overly frustrating with the movement. And let's not get started on Boom.
As long as it ain't in the future than I'm good. It will be cool if they went to maybe WWII or maybe Vietnam, but based in an alternate reality. Maybe add some strange hi-tech technology or fantasy element similar to how Wolfenstein The New Order did it. That would be really cool.
I can't think of a franchise this big for Sony since probably The Last of Us.
