Man I think this is going to be the best Spider-Man game ever released. So happy that Activision no longer owns the IP and its now in better hands.
Very happy they are doimg a new IP. Cant wait to see more gameplay of this. It looks amazing.
I think a Resistance reboot would be fantastic. I never got around to play the series, but this is the perfect time to intro new players to the series while bringing back older fans of it too.
It truly is amazing how it outdoes everything to its original. I feel it isn't getting nearly enough praises that it deserves.
Man this is going to sell millions of copies. Hell it's gonna sell millions of Switch's alone. Can't wait for mine to arrive in the mail.
I am very excited for this game. I actually just ordered a Switch online for this game and cannot wait to play it. It looks so goooood. I can already tell this game will get multiple GOTY awards.
I am very close to finishing up The Evil Within 2 on Nightmare but I think I can make a good judgement. Both games were incredibly well done, while also having some short comings as well.
TEW 2 is a massive improvement from the first game by actually adding a stealth system that works compared to the first game. The combat otherwise is mostly the same, but with an added cover system which helps tremendously. The story is also so much better too. It still has some of the B-m...
Didn't realize this game still had some players on it.
So does this mean that Insomniac own the IP Sunset Overdrive? If so, then that makes me very happy. Hoping Sony is willing to do a deal with them, hell I be okay with someone like 2K or Sega as well. As long as they stay the hell away from EA and Activision. Seems that Microsoft gave up on it too. Unfortunate, but if they can find a publisher and reach a wider audience that would be awesome.
Why? And this is without future updates. I bet it's all those lootboxes that they are putting in there that drives the memory up. Or as other stated, probably for the DLC.
Finally some clarity for this game. This will easily draw in a lot of players into buying it.
People don't want to fall for it the 2nd time. First game was a massive disappointment for many people. Another thing, these last few months are stacked with better games so they are probably saving money for them.
Uegh, I really don't like where EA is headed. A service based publisher for AAA games? Yeah.....I dunno about that.
Jesus, how did they manage to blow through $60 million on Dead Space 2? Seems they were pretty bad at managing their resources at the time. Sucks though because I absolutely loved Dead Space 1 and 2, and a certain extent to 3. Unfortunately we probably won't be seeing anymore Dead Space for a long time. Honestly hope that EA sells the IP to someone else like Sony.
Honestly I say try making a single player game, probably would have less risks and it could be interesting to see a new 3rd-person game from the team.
Damage Control.
I don't think anyone is buying that crap excuse though. Even if it's locked behind certain level requirements, you are still putting people with less hours or casuals at a huge disadvantage since this is a multiplayer game. Everyone should be on even grounds, but instead you have lootboxes to give people an advantage over other players.
If true then honestly I'm a bit disappointed, was hoping that Treyarch would go away from the BlackOps timeline and make a new one, maybe modern times. Tired of the futuristic CoDs and Blops 3 wasn't that good.
Played it for about 20 hours on PC so far, ran into no performance issues at all. It runs like butter on my gtx970. And thats with Denuvo implemented.
Interesting, this pretty much came out of nowhere and its on PC which is a nice addition. I may give it a shot.
Damn, that is incredible. But at the same time it does not surprise me. It's a Mario game going back to the roots of Mario 64. I simply bought a Switch for Mario Odyssey. I also plan to get Zelda BOTW at some point this year. Those two titles are a must own for the Switch. And after the disappointing WiiU I'm glad more people are interested in the Switch.
