I don't think I've deducted any points for that. Heck, I gave the graphics a perfect 10. I said in the last part of the review that I meant to give it a 9.5, but n4g doesn't have that feature. If you're thinking this deserves a 10, then I don't. It was really good, but its not THAT good. A 9-9.5 is the right score to me.
