The fact that Black Ops is still £40 on steam (Where most PC releases are £30 - 35 proves that they have not changed at all.
Dice built up karma for me as they released a lot of free maps for bad company 2.
I bought it for £30 ($48) thanks to steam and have spent 8 hrs on the first mission.
Bugs are pretty annoying in this game, it is not nice to see your best guy fall under the map when he gets downed and die. However it is still an amazing game. I have sinked a lot of time into it and I really enjoy how the game rewards failure and by that I mean you gain a lot of knowledge for your next attempt at saving the planet. Very good game.
my GTX 660Ti can max bf3 at 1080p with 45 - 60fps. Hope that helps.
My free time is split between this and XCOM at the moment, both games are as rewarding and unforgiving on higher difficulties. I am enjoying the challenge.
there is no such thing as 1280x1080p. 1080p is an aspect ratio of 1920 x 1080.
This is the third EA game to support more players in the PC version. Why do EA suddenly care about us, I am kind of scared.

Resolution and texture detail are the two biggest things PC has going for it due to the lack of ram in the current consoles. I can't play a game at anything less than 1080p well. It looks so blurry.

I have played skyrim and mount and blade for nearly 100hrs each, I managed to play mw3 for 60 mins before getting bored on the free weekend (steam). I highly doubt black ops 2 will be any different.
my Steam drive has 150 games installed and takes up 1TB of space out of my 2TB steam drive.
Emulation is legal if you own the game, it just means we have to wait till the next generation before playing all your ps3 / xbox 360 exclusives.

I did not know if you were aware but valve makes most of its money from PC. They will get all of the profit from selling on steam. The half life and portal fanbases are biggest on PC. You would have to be crazy to deny it.
1% of the PC population, well duh. If you include home pc and workstations ofc it will be low. I will now say that 1% of the console population can play snes games.

I don't think you read my comment. I said it will not be top seller on PC as a lot of pc gamers do not care for cod. Like me and everyone I know on steam.
