More ram is nearly always greater than faster ram. For example the difference between a graphics card running at x16 vs x4 is nearly nonexistent. They both have enough ram for now but I am sure that it will become a limiting factor by the end of the gen.
You are the idiot if you believe there is a difference between console and PC gamers. Both have virgins on them. Neither of you are a superior race. PC Gamers just tend to have better computer knowledge and so do not want to work on a closed platform.
How do you define high end PC. If you mean quad GPU, I doubt consoles will come anywhere near a high end PC. Maybe it will reach mid range (1080p 60fps)
I doubt consoles will be playing any games at 1600p + like PC can do.

Nvidia and AMD GPUs are neck and neck. I go with whatever costs the least on each side. Last time I went with two 6850s and this time I am with a 660Ti. The ram can be upgraded easily so that is not an issue. It is very important to get a high quality PSU (a lot more important than wattage). My First PSU melted even though it had enough watts to handle the load.
PC for me. I find it difficult to play anything below 1080p 45fps (min) 60fps (fine). There are a lot of experiences you can not get on console such as starcraft, mount and blade and ARMA which I would not like to go without. I have been trying to justify buying a PS3 but its exclusive list is tiny compared to my PC so I will most likely wait for a price drop or emulator to finish.
You mention graphics on games that do not even achieve 1080p. lol. As a PC Gamer I play all my games on 1080p +. You mention gameplay but do those games do anything unique like mount and blade or ARMA 3. Nope.
ARMA III, Mount and Blade 2 : Bannerlod, Chivalry, Starcraft 2 HOTS, Total War: Rome II, Natural Selection 2, Dota 2 and DayZ are my favorite new releases / upcoming PC exclusives. PC has way more exclusives than console.
7.5/10 is what I would give this title. It is not as perfect as that score would suggest. However I do enjoy it even though I am not a big fan of the playstation brand which must mean something.
Purchased? Microsoft fixes them for free in Europe?
is it piracy if the games can no longer be bought? Is it piracy if you own a copy? Emulation in itself is not piracy. It depends on how you get the copy.

It will run, I'm not sure at what settings though as I have no clue what mobile graphics cards are capable of compared to there desktop counterparts. The Ram has nothing to do with how well your game will run as long as you have 4gb or more you will probably not see an improvement and if you do it will be in the 1 - 2 fps region.
Video ram on the other hand does make a difference.
SO you believe that because a graphics card supports an API all games created for the previous will use it. You also believe that the 720 will be able to detect the view distance variables and adjust them to make use of the extra power. Get real.
Now that is just trolling. I own neither console but the amount of times people say PS3 is more important or sells better than wii is crazy. Every time a nintendo fan mentions hey you are not on top he is disagreed to hell. Can't you all just grow up and get along. Next Gen starts when a console is released. So it has started already. I know I will be disagreed because a rational post never meets the agendas of the company lovers on this site. I like to stay impartial.
You know nothing about Graphics APIs, you have to take advantage of DX11 features for it to make any difference at all. Even though some high end cards get better frames with the DX11 pipeline.
But what about CDProjekt Red, in my opinion them and Valve are the two best studios based on the amount of free content they give the PC community. They create great games but the communities they create are even better.
Gears 1 is the best gears game I have played. Not tried 3 after how big of a letdown 2 was. I am looking forward to Starcraft 2, Company of Heroes, Total war Rome, Arma 3, DayZ and Survarium.
