GEARS OF WAR 2
Well, this is different for everyone. For me:
1.Mass Effect
2.Bioshock
3.COD4
4.Halo 3
But, the funny thing is, Gears of War is still the best MP shooter out there, IMHO. All my friends & I still prefer Gears to Halo & COD4 mP.

Mass Effect has already won it's first RPG of the Year award & has been nominated for GOTY. It's like a 92 on Metacritic & is being hailed as the best story in videogames this generation. I dont think those types of critical acclaim describe any of your thoughts about the game. Sorry - YOU LOSE.

Yes, it does have these issues. However, the article is very exaggerated. For the rest of the haters, sorry, but it is the best story told this generation, period. And the glitches are minor annoyances when the story is so immersive. Mark my words, it will still win RPG of the year & be a GOTY contender BECAUSE the story + graphics + the RPG elements + the gameplay are so good, if far outshines the glitches. Mass Effect gets so many things right, it's easy to look past the bad stuff.

Yep. Gears 2 Fall/Winter of 2008. A friend of mine is a manager at a GameStop store & he verified that in August. Can't wait !
