Yeah aussyland is a little too developed unless you were trapped miles into the outback, but then there woud be no cars otherwise you would just leave. I dont think it would work.

I don't think it deserved that title, there were better remasters. Not that the content isn't great, but it was f***** at launch. If it had not been for that it would have gotten my vote.

If you get the chance pick it up during a steam sale, it's a beautiful game for its time. The gameplay looks the exact same as the second one, I'm hoping it's not just a graphical boost in the second iteration.

My guess is that will be only part of the game, unless it's been confirmed that it's solely an origin story, which I would be unaware of. They can't leave us hanging on the ending of the first one :P

You don't need i7 either, you would be better off with i5-4690k. Built for OC, and better performance than price equivalent i7's. That and the GB GTX 970 OC would be killer good, probably 4k capable without overclocking :D and when it demands it overclocking is easy
I doubt many Canadian people would be caught dead in Detroit, but you could have the great Lakes and the boarder at the top fifth of the map. You could buy a passport similar to how you needed to buy the hanger in GTA V to avoid instant 3 stars and getting the RCMP on you. That wouldn't make for a bad character either, another gun dealer but this time you could be the smuggler.
Ghosts, Killzone, and black flag were all 2013 games, not 2014.
I like QTE's, but they could be less generic. If they involve choices, as seen in one of the first gameplay videos of the order, they're good. I installed a mod for Tomb Raider that randomized them too so if I were to die it would change the action needed. Couple that with different animations and it could be a lot better
It's also a mobile unit, so I think it would be worth more than 600 dollars. 800 or less, possibly 900 depending on the display, and it would STILL be a deal. 2 consoles, mobile, for 600 dollars would be too good to be true, I really don't see why anyone would buy both if this were 600
