But do you like Borderlands?
I don't understand how so many people can make comparisons to games they do like while citing their disappointment in Destiny.
My personal friend was extremely put off by the Beta, simply because it was "too Halo" - but the thing is he loves Halo!
I asked how something being so similar to something he loved be bad, and he said they shouldn't have decided to do scifi-FPS. (silly if u ask me)
Activision, as this seemingly demonized publisher, must be absolutely loving the fact that they managed to pick one of the most beloved developers to, so perfectly, hide behind.
I'd love a Ryse game with more player-customization!
Yes. Very God of War like. I liked both, and am not a typical fan a either.
Whenever I see someone try to make claims of the 'skill' the game requires - I just imagine someone making the same claims with God of War.
Yes - there may be skill to it - but that doesn't change that it isn't require to get through it.
It's still a better value than most the $14.99-19.99 indie titles available, IMO
I criticized the game too before I bought it.
People largely misunderstand the game's re-playability. (hear me out)
When people say you can "replay it" - people assume you mean re-playing, walking in the foot steps, of the exact mission you have already beaten.
But really the "main mission" of GZ is 1 of 6 missions. Oddly though, credits roll after playing the first. This would give most players the impression that the...
I totally thought that way - as a non-MGS fan.
But then there were dry weeks, so I bought it.
Its' value definitely hinges on re-play. And the "main mission" with end credits is just as long/short as all the other side-missions.
(as in the "main mission" is really only 1/6 equally length mission. And some people buy it to play the main one and don't give second thought to the side-missions.)
All in all, I...
Yup. Same.
Definitely not a #2 though
IF ANYONE SEES THIS - BATTLE_TORN - could use some help finish RAGE co-op missions trophy
There is also Tuco's grill inside the crystal cube - the one Hank gets - inside Captain Marshalls Office in the game
They had some sort o advertising deal
I'm wrapping up my RAGE platinum today, got Obsessive Compulsive yestersay
=D
Hah hah!!
I'm getting my last two trophies in Rage - as I write this. (Gotta finish co-op, anyone?)
Yesterday I got all the cards, and schematics (both missable)
I loved re-playing, it has aged extremely well. First time playing on PS3, the texture pop in wasn't nealry as bad as at launch.
So basically you guys are saying - gamers, we already get far too much entertainment value (hours/$) out of our hobby, compared to other options.
We should stop being so greedy - we'll still get more bang for our buck than at the movie theatres.
Basically - shut up, we have it too good?
While we're at it - we've got far too many rights & freedoms - let's give some of those up too.
I bought both at launch simply because I was such a strong Xbox fan, and I could simply go by the internet on how doom and gloom everything was about Xbox.
it has since been literally collecting dust.
hmm. cause I played all the multiplat launch titles on both systems...
and now because of that, my X1 isn't going to see anything but exclusives......
"one of the most ... inspirational figures"
ORLY?!
Really? Break time is deducted? WOW
And here I though in-game-time would be unfair because of how much time is spent in menus and loading screens, and not actually playing.
They said "Spring" way back in February, then said they had to postpone that yet again (around E3) becuse of their nextgen versions...
I know Sony has invested a lot of money into the PS Now programs, but I feel like they'd be better off re-focusing on their PS+ discount - to make customers happy.
I personally don't have much interest in nearly all of the PS Now games, and when I tested it the Beta it wasn't the smoothest experience.
I'd much rather stick to my PS3 with my free PS+ games, and have them download to my system.
Also, for my friends that are new...
My take is the "story" will be served in bite sized pieces a là Halo: 4 Spartan Ops.
There will probably episodic type story telling as we unlock newer strikes and raids.
But no, to the traditional "campaign."
