good job and i do agree with what you saying. However, you can't really say that MS only rip benefit but doesn't contribute to the success of 3rd parties games like Gears or Mass effect. I'm quite impress with AW so far (just started chapter 4). The environment is really creepy (every time the wind start howling and fog plowing through the woods, i just start running). Those taken are one of the smartest and vicious AI that i have seen in a game. The story seem great so far and it is hard to put AW down once u start playing (especially at the psycho therapy mansion.....got to go back and start playing again).

I do agree that JRPG still has certain charm cause they are created with very unique world (weird in a sense) while WRPG are very similar (in the same setting) or similar to the world portray in the book (Dungeon Dragon/forgotten Realm/Sci-fi). Given WRPG have very solid game play, story and freedom while JRPG can be a hit and miss

Will remastered old games look like this gen graphics? I don't think that is the case. Look at the recent GoW collection remastered, it doesn't look that much better in HD (no where near this gen graphics) and selling at a higher price. Wouldn't you prefer the backward compatible allowing old games to be played right off the disc like the original 60gig PS3 model. Can't they just emulate it and upscale the game?

As noted in the article, the speed of the ball depends on how hard u hit it, u can volley or knock it down and it react in the direction that you hit as well. Interesting. $149 might not be too bad if we know what Natal is capable of, but as of right now, there isn't anything to justify that price tag. Let see what E3 can reveal about Natal before making conclusion. Although Natal should still stay within < $100.

Gears of War was probably one of the top reason to get x360. I didn't even like shooter game until i played gears. Luckily, x360 just fill up with lots of RPG later on so it buying x360 was the right choice. Nevertheless, i do own all consoles and like em all. Why limit your choice if you can afford it.
obama, go play the game first and then talk. Now i wouldn't say it is the top, but it is one of the top JRPG out there. If you like the old traditional JRPG feel, then this game is a must have in your collection.

Hardware isn't that important but when the entire game is like a narrow corridor with no exploration (pulse doesn't count) in comparison to all 12 Final Fantasy's before it, you know something is wrong.
