I agree. It could have been amazing, but instead is just a copycat device that devs and gamers haven't embraced.
Making existing games able to use it hasn't made the game experience better either: controllers still work best for most.
I love Seatown too. I haven't played the Black Ops maps though. I played the Black Ops single player demo and was disappointed, so didn't buy it.

I'm still undecided. There's no doubt it's a good piece of tech, but will a 'portable console' like a PS3 or 360 be better use than a iPod or Android phone? Not sure.
They should have put this out during the Aussie Open.

Agreed. It does seem like a way to force people to pre-pay for ALL the map packs. This months' skyscraper one looks naff compared to the stellar first two.

I too like seatown so think I'd enjoy piazza more than liberation, but it depends on the modes you like, so it is good they included a couple.

Surprised that the original Assassin's Creed beat out the others, but they are all beautiful.
Need better draw distances now though. They look a bit washed out next to some modern games.
I tend to agree with you. It's better than restricting some content in single player.
Download only, limited content, online passes, day one updates...

Halo 4 will be interesting because it is the first time another studio has done it.

But I guess they want us to relate to it closer and the destruction of American society is what gamers are most used to in media if not by living there in actual fact. I would have preferred it to take place in Sydney :)
You're right: Naughty Dog are a class act and so we know the game won't suck. It will be good.
It's just that I'd like them to know that their first trailer has a lot of gamers 'concerned' that they are heading in a well-trodden direction with regards to theme etc. in popular media.
By saying something now, they may change their concept a bit and make the game an even better unique experience.
