This game is why thinking differently about how we can play is such a good idea and can work. Instead of repeating and repeating...
Wow reasonable price for what you get.
I think this game might get lost in the shuffle of the bigger games this year. It does look good though!
They've added a Poll. (Not that these things are necessarily accurate...)
You obviously didn't read the article mate.
1999 mode is different to having 'difficulty settings'- it's like having an I Am Alive version of the game
Yeah it looks refreshing....like that Dishonored one too.
I think I'd probably play the normal mode first then try out the 1999 mode to see how it changes the gameplay.
I've heard a lot about counter strike but I use a console not a PC. How is it a different experience to MW? Just so I know the dif.
Looks good but will it get people off MW3 to play?
Metal Gear Assassin's Creed?
Actually I'm more looking forward to The Witcher on 360! But this will be one to get when the price drops. I didn't think it'd be that good honestly, but I've seen a lot of good reviews.
Wow. Productive comment.
The thing about RDR though is that they had a bit of a diversity of landscape by having "Mexico". Too many trees and mountains can look samey.
By this report there is New York and Boston, but will there be other settings?
A hatchet and knife combo...sounds cool, but those musket shots could get annoying.
I hope the jumping from tree to tree dynamic works too. I'd hate to climb a tree, jump, hit a tree, fall splat and have to climb again.
Mass lined battle scenes with so many NPCs should be cool to see though.
At first I'm like, nooooo Not AMERICA! Not NEW YORK AGAIN!
But I can see some great possibilities here. But I hope they do another one on French Revolution too. Or go way back and do a prequel.
This was revealed earlier....

“Under a blanket of snow the game environment could be fresh and have new features like having to avoid enemies who can see footprints or blood that has dripped from wounds in the snow, or watch out for slippery rooftops.”
I'd LOVE these dynamics! I hope they do something like that, since there looks to be snow.
They originally started in France though, I believe.
Well this is sure going to be different at the very least. It will have to be more about stealth behind trees. I don't see the new Assassin lining up in a line and shooting like they did in battles back then.
Certainly the Native Americans weren't that stupid.
The snow also confirms the American Revolution imo.
This actually looks really good. It was a great choice to get away from the typical fantasy medieval setting and go to pirates!
