You are right though. The combo setup would alleviate these developer concerns. To be honest I am getting tired of reading these articles. Just let the technology speak for itself when it releases. Either people will enjoy it and write about their experiences, or they will not enjoy it and write about their experiences. All of these premature assessments are pointless.
Being able to damage your team adds a degree of challenge. You can't just go around blowing everything in sight up if your ally is around. It forces you to make more tactical decisions.
People assume the no controller concept because that is how the product is marketed.
DC Universe Online is not an exclusive title. The author should have used MotorStorm: Apocalypse instead.
How exactly does boycotting a free service work? I mean seriously have you actually thought this out?
Reducing their server load for a day is really going to whip them into shape right?
Women in combat is still not a popular concept in the real world because of various physical, psychological, and tactical concerns. I am not debating the fairness of it, but merely stating the current reality. That is likely why the character models in war games are predominantly male.
GameStop has earned a big middle finger from me. I don't shop there anymore. I don't care what kind of preorder bonuses they give out.
The extra 3 months deal ends at the beginning of August.
Ducking behind a wall and regenerating health, right before I ice skate 25 feet and insta-kill someone with a knife will definitely feel more realistic if I have a gun controller.
You could always just try importing it. PS3 games are region free after all.
There he goes projecting again. You know that is twice now that you have attacked the IQs of random people you have never met. You must have a very low opinion of yourself. Otherwise you would not be trying to make yourself feel better at the expense of others.
There is a lot of failure in that list. How exactly does Shen make the list by NOT killing Nariko? He went against prophecy, and even risked the fate of the world by saving her, and raising her.
Ethan Mars? He jumped in front of a car to save Jason. Unfortunately it was not enough, but he did everything he could to prevent that. Jason just would not listen, despite his name being yelled about 100 times. Oh and he does not "fall asleep". He suffers from blackouts, pr...
Attacking my IQ and resorting to name calling. So now you are projecting in addition to validating yourself.
Let me clue you in Doc; Either I am speaking out of ignorance, or I am intentionally trying to get a rise out of you. If the former is true then you have just lowered yourself to childish remarks in order to defend yourself against someone who does not even know what he is talking about. That means you lack self-confidence and my statement was true. If the latter is ...
I am not sure that anything that is more expensive than the Wii could be considered a "good price for casuals". People who already own a Wii will likely just keep using that, and casuals who are making a first console purchase will likely just go with the cheaper offering.
Being an IT director with a Psychology Masters basically means you are not really in any position to be giving advice about the behaviors of society. See now if you had a Masters in Sociology it might mean something, but you don't.
By the way, that is a whole lot of self validation. Some might think that you are insecure.
I did that a while ago, but keep coming back. I am trying to break that habit, but I think we all know how hard habits can be to break.
I think you could make it as a gaming journalist. I mean look you have already come up with 2 ideas for articles. :)
I am just calling it like I see it. I am sorry if my comment offended you.
If other companies follow I will not buy those games either.
I lost you at "guns do too much damage". If you think guns do too much damage in MW2 then try getting shot in OpFlash2, or make a wrong move in an R6 game.
