Looks like that deal is over, now it is showing for $18, which may still be worth it for some.
It's easy when you cater to the stupid; there's already a huge market.
I'm guessing this is clickbait crap when they use words like "afraid". It's a business move, it has nothing to do with emotions.
At first I didn't see a problem and thought this is good for all. Then I remembered the reason I had to get a PS4 was because I am a From Software junkie and Bloodborne sold the system for me. If it also came out on PC, I may have never gotten a PS4. Quantum Break seems like it could be a good enough game to be a system seller, so I can completely understand; bringing it to Windows may sell more copies overall, but it doesn't help the Xbox One at all.
Don't worry, nothing could get me to log into destiny these days.
Joanne Paul, have you ever played Doom before? I am guessing you haven't and don't really know much about how the game is supposed to be played. Doom has never been about horror, gore definitely, but not about scaring people. Play the game and when you're running out of ammo and waves of demonspawn are upon you, think about the tension then. Until then, write about something else, maybe something you have some vague idea about.
The rumor has always been that Nintendo sits on a stockpile of money and therefore anything they do, good or bad, is really just testing the waters. Will it save Nintendo's rep? Maybe, but I don't think the company needs saving. It would be nice to seem them return to their former days of glory though.
Condemned before it even comes out. You say difficult, I say challenging, either way, it's going to be awesome.
I think it's all just clickbait these days; it doesn't really matter what they write as long as someone goes to their site. Negativity and blanket statements seem to get the clicks they're hoping for.
Experts agree the author of this has his head completely up his ass.
lol, well said
Just wondering, have you played any other of the Souls games? Bloodborne is very similar to those so you should like this game. But I also recommend checking out Dark Souls 1 and 2 before 3, but that's just because they're great games!
Same, always felt more intuitive to me.
@Vhampir : took the words out of my mouth, or in this case, the text out of my type :) Yeah, Halbarad, if you use a computer today or smart phone, someone is tracking your information. But to say spying on every move, do you think they are watching you when you go to the bathroom? Just wondering how deep this paranoia runs.
The differences between Bloodborne and Dark Souls games seem minimal. Sure, BB tends to want you to play more aggressively due to lack of shield and what not, but you can adapt this play-style for DS too if you want as there is more variety in regards to builds imo. I personally prefer Dark Souls overall, but all From Software games are great to me.
Whomever wrote this is a bit too sensitive for gaming.
Who said anything about being offended? I pointed out this article for what it is: click bait. Are crappy, pointless articles your thing or something?
Destiny is one of those games that fooled me once enough for me to never return. I can't see them making improvements that will ever make this a good game. But if you like 3 player only teams, invisible walls, and locked content that you'll never see despite how much you pay, then keep playing this gem.
What a crappy click bait article. There's nudity and porn all over the internet for any idea, think rule 34. This doesn't even have anything to do with consoles, only PC mods which have also been around for a while. I don't know what's more pathetic, the article itself, or that it garnered enough attention to make it top story on N4g
This kid doesn't even own a PS4 to justify his opinions, and I quote:
"As someone who’s been waiting for that compelling reason to jump on the PS4, I think the Uncharted 4 bundle will have an easy time convincing myself and many others in a similar position to join the near-40 million install base on the PS4."
Crap clickbait.
