I have a feeling this site is run by trolls who want to incite controversy and spite instead of reporting on anything actually relating to gaming.
It looks like another opinion based on the fact the person can't handle some gameplay / difficulty. Also, who buys "Akiba’s Trip: Undead And Undressed"? This guy obviously. Hard to find any of his opinions worth anything.
I shouldn't care about this, but the author of this crap is a serious dbag. He attacks Sony users siting some other opinion piece like it is fact. How do these dumbasses survive?
I'm not talking about existing games. I'm talking about the promise that the system will improve. This is MS saying this, I'm not saying anything about the current system.
I keep hearing that MS is improving their system and gamers will benefit. I've been hearing this for over a year now though when they claimed the next direct x will do this. I am all for the improvement, but want to see proof at this point.

I read what the person who wrote this (I have a hard time calling the flood of people with opinions and websites "authors" or "writers" these days) and I don't understand his gripe with the Evil Within. Is it fun or not, is the real question, my opinion, yes. Did it have any bugs that broke the game? If not, why include it with the games that did?
LoF was too short and even though there were a lot of weapons, better ones would make a lot of them obsolete. Dark Souls 2 is not better than Dark Souls imo, but much better than Lords of Fallen. It was just too easy. Maybe that is why some people like it; it was easy enough for casuals to play while Dark Souls games are unforgiving, but really provide a great challenge.
He isn't always right, but many times he is. He was right about who would lead in the console race. He was right saying xb1 would get rid of the kinect, and he was right about them cutting the price. I got a feeling you support only one team in this race. I wouldn't let what he says bother you then, xb1 isn't going away, but it doesn't look as appealing in 2015 in my opinion.
When you say "for the sake of clarity", do you really mean the audience the usually goes to this site is too stupid to know any difference? I think you should stay away from discussing games if this is the case as you're not giving gamers enough credit. I'm going to bet you didn't know the difference until people called you out, but instead of fixing it, you defend the ignorance. That's pathetic.
Except for Persona and FF15, I don't consider the rest of the list to be RPGs, rather fantasy action adventure games.

Isn't the PS4 dominating over the XB1 everywhere? I've heard MS took November for sales, but only for UK and US. I don't see this as surprising, MS has a lot of catching up to do the whole world over.
Weird, because I can give 10 reasons not to be on the xbox, that are actaul reasons, not just vague factors, like the xbox 360 was successful. With that logic, the xbone should be horrible. Think of MS operating systems releases. XP was good, Vista bad, Windows 7 good, Windows 8 bad.... Xbox 360 good, therefore Xbox 1 bad. Does it make sense? It seems as valid as the logic behind this article.
