I think square was at their best when they came on PS1, not saying that the previous titles were bad cause I enjoyed FF3-6 as well, but when they came to sony PS1, they made the best JRPG's til this day on that system! FF7,FF8, Xenogears, vagrant story and my personal favorite(hope it comes on PSN) Chrono cross! best music score ever, with like what?! 40 something characters to use & unlock, with a great storyline.
so far, sony has removed things that I could care less about, you know, like backwards compatibility(I don't remember the last time I played a ps2 game TBH) and this ability to install another operating system, which I don't know or really care sh1t about.
what was the main focus of the PS3 anyways?? Hmmm.. oh right! to play Next Gen video games;)!
I cleared more games this gen(ps3) then I ever did from the previous gens(ps2/ps1)...
so ummm... I don't need games to get any easier.
I'd say that uncharted 2 and GOW3 are the greatest games this gen so far, since I can't decide between the two....
But my greatest game ever would have to be FF7, since that was the Only RPG that I actually played through twice! each playthrough over 100 hrs!! no other RPG has ever made me do that til this day.
on a side note. my cousin didn't find any interest in uncharted1 or 2, so just recently I let him borrow UC2 and guess what.... Drake has a new fan! Lol!...
I'm on my second play through( Titan mode) today and didn't notice any problems or glitches at all?! except for the fact that this mode really forces you to use some serious skills with your blocks and dodges! I'm actually examining my enemies every movement so I'll know when to attack and dodge! Lol!
oh yeah, I'm playing in the living room this time. my dad was so entertained by this game, he actually sat there watching me play it all day lol!

But after watching these videos( correct me if I'm wrong) it sort of looks like a metal gear solid for noobies. I'm mean, it looks like you have "one hit kill" auto aim and Giant billboards everywhere telling you what to do and where to go.. don't the bad guys notice all of those gigantic highlighted letters on the walls?!WTF?!

I hate FF9 & FF12 as well. they were both pretty boring in terms of story, battle system & character design. hmm, thats pretty much the entire game that I hate... lol!
FF7/10 were the best and most memorable to me... but this one(FF13) is starting to get better now that I'm passed the 10hrs. mark. I tell ya, the graphics in this game is amazing! and every chick in this game is ridiculously hot;)
I just wish we were able to change the character's names, that alway...
