Well if all you know is COD and Mario than I understand this comment but as other said, MGS4 for example and Heavy Rain are very emotional games. But games are still evolving and still have a long way to go. I think a game can even tell a story better than a movie can if it's done right.
Not the first time they do this either. But they aren't alone. Capcom does this all the time.

True gamers care about exclusives!!! Why?? Exclusives take truly advantage of a consoles power that most multiplatforms don't use. Look at Uncharted series on PS3 and Gears of War series on the 360 for example.

OnLive is ahead of it's time really. I'm surprised it's still around. But it's a service that I don't ever want to use or be a part of. To me, it's a game system where you don't get to own your games just sort of "rent" them for full game prices.
Amazon and ebay are nice choices but I like to walk into stores sometimes and just pick whatever out....browse a bit maybe.
At that, you can't beat GameStop. Though some clerks can be pretty rude and pushy but understand that being pushy and trying to sell games to you is their job and they are forced and pressured to do that.

I'll just wait for a "Super" or "Ultimate" edition with 1.5x as much content and at $20 less. Haven't you guys learned your lesson when it comes to capcom games? Look at MvC3...and UMvC3 for example.
I know there is locked content on the disc. I wouldn't call it locked DLC since it's already on the disc and you don't have to DL it.
Also, there was locked content on the RE5 disc as well but that didn't stop Capcom from releasing RE5 Gold Edition...did it???

Yeah, pretty soon we will be paying a lot more for games because of business like this.
Capcom did this to RE5 and they constantly release a "2nd" or "3rd"edition of their games which should have been released day 1. They sell incomplete games on first release dates. That is why I won't buy SFXT on day one but wait a year at least for the complete edition and than buy it at a lower price. Just look at Super Marvel vs. Capcom 3 for example.
I'm a type of gamer who needs to have an actual physical controller to play. I cannot play games on an iPad or on my iPhone at all. Angry Birds yes, but for a few seconds when I wait at the doctors office but than again....I get bored with it in a few seconds.
As soon as iPad and it's likes take over I'm done with gaming. The only thing that keeps me happy is the knowledge that there are hundreds of games even from this generation I haven't played yet so I gue...
