Click bait. PC general hardware sales, that's low level laptops, and desktops. That makes a lot more sense. Most people don't use their PCs for gaming. There is always a increase in PC hardware sales during the school year because of returning students. Don't see how it is any kind of evidence that 'PC Gaming' is growing faster than console gaming.

They say this bs every year. Phil is a PR guy before a gamer. I don't think he games at all. That destiny play log is also PR. In Sony or MS, none of these PR people are real gamers. It's just a job, it's best not to take these people seriously, because hype kills most games today.

It would be a very stupid move by MS. Alienating it's customers, no one is gonna buy it. Minecraft, and it's community will die overnight. It won't move systems because minecraft isn't a system mover. Everyone like it because of its accessible and flexible modding potential.
Every modder has to sign an agreement that the developers can take any mod and implement them in some fashion in the original game. Did you know that potions, potion stands, villagers, hoppers were originally created by modders?

Just played through FF13 for the second time this month. The characters are cliche as hell. Lightning felt like a poorly written character. I understand there's nothing wrong with strong female characters, but she just came on a little too strong and overdone.
Vanilla has to be the most absolutely annoying character in the game. The level design is god awful, probably the most linear design ever created in any game. The story was confusing, and sometimes contradict itself.

The game was perfect. One of the best games out, but it died due to exclusivity to Xbox. If it's not Halo or Gears, most Xbox fans won't even look at it. I mean, take a look at the developer. When you think about Insomniac games, you think about Playstation, not Xbox exclusive. Good games do fail, and most failures are due to bad corporate backroom decisions, like this one.
MGS really isn't a game for everyone. It forces you to play a certain way through the entire game just isn't a appeal to me. In FO4, you can go in stealthy, or blaze your way through. FO4's replay value is insane, play as male or female, build your own settlement, build your own guns from scratch, specialize in a certain skill like mechanic, science, etc, run your own business and make story-based decisions that affects the outcome. There's a drought happening on Xbox currently. No real new AAA IPs released in the last 8 months. Sony has had 4 this year so far. Consumers know the difference between hype and reality, and it shows in the sales numbers.
