The problem is not just with the PS3 HDMI Audio, it is also on the optic audio. Not sure if the RCA connections are effected.
Although not all Xbox 360s have HDMI I think that they all have an optic audio out.
NOTE: The only difference between component connections plus optic audio and HDMI is that HDMI is only one plug and HDMI is 1080p vs 1080i on component. HDMI is great and all but 1080p vs 1080i is not a noticable difference for many people.
People seem to make the wrong argument when it comes to these things. PS3 may be more powerful than the 360, Im honestly not sure. However, Having a more powerful processor does not nesasarily mean it will have better graphics. It could mean it can process the AI for more enemies, allies or what be it. You should take note that the it is not ONE PS3 that is being used in place of a supercomputer. It takes multiple PS3s to pull that off.
Another note: It does not take a $2000 computer to equal a console in my opinion. If you build yourself and build wisely you can do this for around $1000 or so. When coming up with a total price to compare you should could the cost of your HDTV that you play on, or at least the price for a small one. Again that is just my opinion.
If I am correct XBox stand for DirectX Box. This only implies a certain amount commonality with PCs.
Haha. I enjoyed reading this article. Of course every game has its downsides but its nice to see them highlighted in what is to me, a humorous way. I do agree with getting respawned in the middle of an air strike or right under a chopper. I can't remember the amount of times that has happened. What is worse is when you manage to run out just in time to survive the air strike just to get killed by someone's random grenade. LOL
This reminds me of an 'Angy Nerd' review I just watched. Who the heck comes up with the idea of making a crappy product and associated it with a good name. Why not just make a fugly POS bean bag chair made from various peices of crap from the warehouse and call it the Beautiful Katamri chair?
The problem is that MMOs were not really mainstream until WoW. Not many people remember what was was like when it released so when people venture off to a new game they notice that it is not as developed as WoW is. Well, of course. WoW has been around for just a little bit :-p. I play Age of Conan now and I see it there all the time.... people compairing everything to WoW. Its just not a fair comparison imo. (I have seen alot of Warhammer hate in game chat also)
