Right there with you. This is one of those games that makes me wish I had the money for a PS3. Sadly, I don't and am not sure if I will for quite some time. Enjoy this game and the others PS3 owners, and go buy Demon's Souls (support new IP's)!

it's called an analyst. You look at trends and things and make a prediction based on facts. It's much harder than any of you give it credit. I've taken a class for this (not business analyst, but computer) and it is not an easy job. Very time consuming.
Looks like a lot of good previews coming with the brand new old EGM (Halo: Reach and others). Will have to pick up a copy.

Ok, I'm just kidding. I wish there was a hybrid of the two. I imagine that would be the greatest controller in history.
I haven't really played with the new controller but the PS2 controller caused my hands to hurt after a very short period of time. I have not had the same problem with the 360 controller. My hands are pretty big, not fat, but big and maybe that's why I like the 360 controller. The 360 controllers design lets your fingers stretch out a lot more than the tiny PS controllers. A nice hybrid of the two would be the ultimate controller.
is that the game looks and plays well. I don't care if it maintains the core Metal Gear mechanics and I don't care that Kojima is just the producer. Give me a good game and that's all I care about.
I am looking forward to seeing this in action within an actual game. They made a hell of a beautiful game and if they can help others do the same thing and make it easier, that can only be good.

he's only doing 8. No need to destroy him because he left out a few. There are a couple devs. that could make the list and maybe one or two that shouldn't be there. It's all opinion based and if he jumped the ranking to 15-20, then you could all have your favorite devs in there.
While I'm not sure that it hasn't dipped to three for very brief periods, you can't deny it has been near the top since release. That really does say a lot about the fun factor and level of interest in the game.

First of all, Bungie's top executives are not MS and Joe Staten. MS produces the Halo games, so yes, they have say in the game and how things are released. Joe Staten is a senior member and, I believe, head writer. That does not make them Bungie executives. Harold Ryan is the Bungie executive and head of the studio.

No, I don't think this is the ONE game that makes a PS3 worth owning. There are others, but this one just seems a cut above the rest.
And I'm interested in Demon's Souls because it reminds me of Oblivion; a game I spent hours upon hours with. A raise in difficulty from Oblivion would mean DS would be even better to me. I guess I'm going to have to wait to play it though. I don't even know someone with a PS3.
