Sorry to hear of PS3 issues.
Ran fine on my 360 in the UK until the rest of America finished work :) then the servers filled up very quickly. I couldn't get into zombies with my party for about 20 mins.
Other than that all good. No freezing or issues with codes. The odd laggy server but that's normal and host migration works ok.
Game sounds great on turtle beach!
As a UK gamer I suspect that people are being careful with their purchases just before xmas.
I've bought Forza Horizon and pre ordered Blops2 as there were good deals to be had. I want AC3 and Halo 4 but as there is so much going down with the two ive got I made the decision to put the otheres on my xmas list.
If im lucky I will get one or both as xmas presents. If not then I'll hopefully get them at a lower cost after xmas and once ive finished horiz...
CS 1.6 on assault gave me some of my best ever pc gaming moments with my mates. And then on CCS jumping over the wall on compound to see how many people I could knife - so funny

I'm a big forza fan and do like this game but I do feel that it's a bit overrated. Why?
I'm already 60% through the races and I've only had it a few days. It's too easy even on insane with all assists off for forza veterans and serious racers. The game is very much a pretty test drive - you drive around, do a race, rinse and repeat, find a few cars, challenge a few annoying characters and steal their motors. It's really not that much different to test ...

This would be great for my weekly lads gaming night. One of us often has to bring kit with us or rely on the host getting their tv down from upstairs which can be awkward.

I'd quite like the in game score board of BF3 to be on my iPad whilst playing. I often hit back just to view for a second and I often get shot or miss a kill opportunity whilst doing so.

I like good dlc just fine. I just don't like em going on about it before release because that makes me think that it's already made and they are just holding out of the game. Dlc for me should be made after the event as an extra to reward fans and extend the life of a game and not launched within 5 mins of release.
If you launch dlc after 1 month then that almost suggests that the game itself doesn't have much legs in it. Take forza 4. You could play that for mont...
The models and textures don't need changing except for the dash illuminations in the car and the car exterior lights. The rest is taken care of by the image based lighting engine.
The very fact that they allow paint imports demonstrates that the exterior textures don't need changing as they are still affected by the night cycle just fine.

Most of these cars are in forza 4 or were dlc for forza 4. The assets are the same so we should be able to import the cars IMO if you are allowing paint job imports. Who's gonna pay for the same car twice?
The games not even out yet and you're already talking about money bleeding dlc.
Turn 10 you can shove your 4000 msp season pass up your exhaust pipe. And if you've gimped the game to then sell as dlc then I won't buy the game - simple.
