I wasn't starting Xbox vs. Sony crap, I was merely providing context by providing a rating from Famitsu from a fellow FPS that is generally regarded by American gamers (not myself) as one of the best FPS ever. It received a 9.8 from IGN, for comparison.
And yes they don't like FPS, that was my point. They don't like FPS, so 85 for Halo 2 (which scored much better in the US), spells that 82.5 from Famitsu for RFOM is a good score (for an FPS) and may signal much higher score...

Pretty good synopsis. I think that there may be a lot more that we and the people that have seen it thus far are seeing. Namely, no one has seen more than 3 levels and Insomniac has said that there's a reason that we've only seen the same stale, gray levels. Regardless, I think it'll be a very entertaining game and provide a good experience that will last a long time online. How will you be unable to play just because a controller doesn't have rumble? The game is the same game. Whether you prefer rumble or not is another thing.
These ads are great, except for the baby one, that's just a little odd. It's definitely unforgettable, and I guess that's what they're going for. But it makes sense that they're good, it's the same group that does Apple's ads. I'm not an Apple guy, but they do have some great ads.
Nice that it still supports 7 controllers. I thought that they were going to limit it to 4 for some reason. Why 7 I'm wondering. Why not 8?

Pretty much the same variation. Blow in it, try it, get the weird screen, turn of NES, take out cartridge and blow in it some more. There were some classic games back then man: Contra, Double Dragon, some kind of Kung Fu game, the Knockout game, Super Mario 3, and of course Zelda.

The only person that I know that has a 360 is thinking about trading it in for credit towards a PS3. Of course the 360 will sell more units this Christmas than PS3, the question is who will sell more next Christmas.
Xbox 360 is Unix based? That's weird, all of MS's operating systems are DOS based. I would have thought it was based on DOS. PS3 and Xbox 360 should be able to add divx pretty easily.
I wasn't able to line-up to get a pre-order, but I tried calling them around noon and they were all out. If I don't get one at launch, oh well, but I'm still going to try to get one at Sam Club or pre-order one through Gamestop or EB Games websites once they start the pre-orders.
The gameplay looks like the Halo series to me. Not a bad thing necessarily. Graphics look pretty nice, not sure whether I'll buy this one or not. Depends on if Resistance is still keeping me entertained or not.
If anyone buys a system for only one game, they're an idiot. I was only showing the known exclusives that PS3 has. Xbox 360 has some good ones that are known about, but most were not known prior to launch. I'm just saying that there are exclusives out there for PS3 that have probably not been announced yet. So much hype already for an already overhyped series. That's what turned me off when I got my Xbox and played the games. I've played better FPS's on PC's for sure, for a console FPS the Halo series is great. It was just made out to be the best thing since sliced bread, and it just didn't blow me away the way I thought it would.
