It's a PS3 game.
CoD4 would get killed in reviews if it was 5 to 6 as a PS3 exclusive. But since not only is there a 360 version of the game, CoD4 has become the only FPS Xbots have to cling to.
Ever since Halo 3 turned out to be a 640p graphical turd, Haze was canceled for the 360, the crappy 360 network caused Unreal to be pushed back indefinitely, CoD4 is the only game Xbot sites like EGM and 1Up and others have to hype for the 360.

Ratchet and Clank is a true next gen AAA title with 720p 60fps unprecedented graphics, perfect controls, insane variety and quality of gameplay, huge replay value.

280 dollars for the base console.
100 dollars for the tiny 20 gig harddrive you can only buy through Microsoft
50 dollars every year just to be given the privilege to play online games by Microsoft
430 bucks just for the first year but the online fees keep adding up
200-250 dollars in online fees over 4 to 5 years brings the price up to 580-630 buck
And Microsoft still can't get brand new 360s to stop failing with the RRoD.

Why? Sony is making a massive amount of money on the PS2 hardware. Almost every PS2 owner I know has a gigantic backlog of PS2 titles still to be finished and huge numbers of 19.99 Greatest Hits still to pick up.
The PS2 will ease out gradually as the PS3 takes over and those 115 million PS2 owners upgrade as the PS3's price hits their personal trigger level over the next five years.
