Morons whinge & whine when they get the exact same game for 10 iteratins, but then whinge & whine if it changes too much.
I was highly impressed by the demo & will definately be getting the game, as Ninja Theory haven't let me down yet, & this looks like there best game yet. I am nt that emotionally attached to a videogame character, as to carry on like a pork chop because developers change his wardrobe & hairstyle.......especially considering, bef...
PS4 would be a great announcement, & to be honest, Sony need it.....they need to announce it now, for a release sometime before Xmas 2013 (September would be nice, but more realistic would be November 2013).
This coupled with a price drop for PS3, & maybe a new model Vita with 32gig internal memory included, would be great. Also, a couple of new games for Vita would be awesome.
Give me a $600 PS4 with FULL PS3 b/c (due to included Cell chip) over a 400 to $500 launch unit with no b/c & stripped out other features. The fact is that millions of us worldwide will buy the machine for that price, simple as that.
If nobody, to hardly anybody bought PS3's at the start, the PS3 & Sony's game console division would have been dead in the water. So, it was quite the contrary, in that the PS3 sold just as well as 360 did for the same time (I thin...
wiiulee, your name says it all buddy.....no matter how much sense & reality people talk about the Wii-U, you will defend it like the fanboy you are. The machine is a great little machine, but I went on the store the other day, & the content has as much substance & weight as a aneorexic, be-afran supermodel with a cocaine habit. There was bugger all up there for me to buy. Now, I am Australian, so I'm not sure if our store is different to U.S. in content, but I can't im...
With Blu-Ray playback for movies & games, a Cell chip for b/c, a awesomely powerful cpu & gpu, as well as 16gigs of ram as the main selling features, then I would easily pay $600 (or 1000Au as it seems to convert to with these things, as with PS3), as I find it a small price to pay for something I will definately use for 6-8yrs, as I have with PS3 & 360.
Only really stingy, jewish walleted people would complain about a new console having a price as fair as what PS3'...
If it is $600, it is $600......so what.....people WILL buy it for that if it has the tech to back it up.....And for those that "say it didn't sell", and/or, "the price went down within a year"...., well dur morons,...the Wii-U price will also be down by next Xmas, as thats how it works, tech goes down, because production becomes easier & cheaper, & Sony, MS, Ninty & anyone else in the electronics biz that wants to continue selling there product, as people w...
I like Zombi-U. I haven't tried the multiplayer yet, but I watched some dudes playing it on youtube & it looked awesome.
I will say though, Nintendo's store is more than a little dissapointing...it is pathetically threadbare, & I know the fanboys are gonna hit me with how short a time the machine has existed, but comon, there is barely anything on the damn thing. It is horribly starved of content. I mean, Nintendo should have made sure that EVERY game available, o...
I didn't think the Cell was the bottleneck or any cause of it, I thought the bottleneck was the failure of decent, easily useable ram as it had 512mb, which would have been ok for that time if it had not been split, instead of unified (like 360), that was the main bottleneck & reason for many of the PS3's early issues with multiplat games, & couple that with a weaker GPU & you have a struggle getting developers to get the most from the machine....although, due to the Cells...
What illegal activities??????? The Wii-U is a great little machine when held up next to PS3 & 360. So it seems that it is pretty much level with 7 & 8yr old tech, when comparing just the main actual unit, but Wii-U has that added benefit of the tablet-esque pad, for now......I don't think the Wii-U is gonna look to good when Xbox Next & PS Orbis arrive on the scene though.
And although Nintendo are claiming they want the Wii-U to appeal to the hardcore g...
I love Zombi-U, but after buying my Wii-U & Mario & Zombi-U for Xmas, (Nintendoland is good, but a freebie worthy short term distraction), there really is nothing that I can't get elsewhere. Rayman Origins is actually better than New Mario Wii-U, so I hope Rayman Legend is a totally new game. I mean all the rest mostly are ports with very limited extra gamepad specific features, but I already own them on PS3, & probably came from Playasia as an Asian or US copy, due to the a...
I bought one for my kids for Xmas, but then realized I wanted one too, with Zombi-U & I'll trade some other games for Mario after Xmas. So, I'm a hardcore gamer trying to fill a void, & in turn buying a new machine, not neccessarily more powerful than my 360 or PS3, but just something different, so I am hanging badly for the "real" next gen machines, but they are a ways off (at least a year), so, I just wanted Zombi-U, Mario-U badly enough to warrant buying myself o...
Yes, because these pyscho's are throwing copies of COD:Blops2 to take out 20 & 30 people at a time.....I mere semi-automatic or fully auto assault rifle is really only good for 10 people, maybe 15 if your lucky, but anyone who is as lethal as I at videogame cover throwing, then they could easily take over a small country using this lethal weapon. And thats not even using the disks, as I have personally lopped the heads off 38 people standing in a straight line, with my accurate disk ...
I think & hope Sony should give early adoptors the benefit of backwards compatability.....FULL b/c. If we pay the premium asked at launch for these machines, then give us a worthwhile reward for our loyalty. Just like the U.S. PS3 launch machines that had the PS2 emotion chip in them, allowing full b/c functionality with ALL PS2 games.
I just wish for FULL PS3 b/c, forget PS2 & PS1, as that is just being ridiculous. PS4 should just have the neccessary component...
Scapegoat for the real problem....Nutcases that don't have an affordable health care system in place, & even if affordable, no system in place for mental health issues. Add to that, the inherant problem that U.S. has with guns & there you have the recipe for distaster. 9/10 the guns that are used in these crimes are legally obtained firearms, not illegal. Domestic violence where a guy/girl shoots there partner or ex-partner (near always legally obtained guns), mass shootings (...
We'll be lucky to get 4gig I think.....and extrmelly blesss if they go 8.
I'm not saying Mario Galaxy 2 is garbage & I'm not looking through nostalgia goggles, as I was a far greater fan of Tomb Raiders awesome new style of play with it's awesome mix of excellent 3D exploration, puzzle solving, gun play, unrivalled beautiful vistas/locales, (that apart from Far Cry 1 & Far Cry 3, & Halo 1's beach scenario as well as all 3 Unchartered's, that wouldn't even be, without the 1st TR), exotic animals to shoot, awesome Indiana Jones ins...
@ Optical Matrix,
I wasn't aware Mario games were on the decline in sales....I will say I am not surprised, as Mario64 has never been bettered by another Mario, or in fact Nintendo game. Mario Galaxy 1&2 were pretty good games, but truly were over scored in reviews, to the point of laughability for mine, in fact, I much preferred Ratchet & Clank: TOD & ACIT, far more than both those Mario's, and in fact I really was dissapointed with Mario Galaxy after reading t...
The friggin Wii launched well after 360, & a short time after PS3, & it was a non-hd, repackaged Gamecube as far as power is concerned, it barely had online functionality & really was an all round rip-off, underpowered, under featured, over priced, dog of a machine with shovelware & mediocrity littered around a few staple Nintendo-esque games (I mean, even Mario was not the mind blowing experience that Mario64 was), yet the masses of sheep lapped it up, because of a ridiculous...
V.I.S. The new buzzword that I Adolph Fitler thought of, Videogame Insanity Syndrome. F$#k I'm clever....Oh, crap, I'm clever/smart & I play videogames avidly....I gotta go people, the doors of my local gunshop open soon, & I gotta get in & get all my guns & ammo, before "Schools out forever".
Insomniac need to just do what they did with the PS2 Ratchet game that had online, & that was just basic versus 3rd person miltiplayer skirmishes.
