Yep, agreed Omni.... I don't know what people are talking about, when they diss TLOU's gameplay, as the gameplay & controls are excellent & the game is just an all round unrivalled gaming experience. This is the way games need to go, in regards to story, voice acting, tension & atmosphere & just all round production values. ND are basically the Myamoto's/Hideo Kojima's (sorry about spelling) of the modern gaming era.
ND are by far, the best developer...
I'm gonna look into buying an Ouya, in this case. Maybe it's strong point is ripping off old classic games from Sega, Nintendo, Sony, 3D0, Atari, Neo Geo, etc, etc.
PS4 is bound to get some truly awesome titles, just as PSone, PS2 did, & PS3 has & still is.
I'm gonna love playing KZ:SF, DriveClub, Knack, giving COD:G, & Watch Dogs on PS4 launch.
I just hope Sony stick to it & can deliver us the PS4, here in Australia, by November 2013, as has been confirmed. Sony delivering a worldwide release, for the 1st time, would be a major step towards capturing back a good market share, very quickly.
I can't even get on with PS3... Says online is currently unavailable & come back later, type thing.....anybody else having this same problem....I have tried on different days, different times, & a fair few times, so I know not, what is going on....but it's pathetic that I waste my d/l on a non functional game, that requires online connection to be played, & as the online doesn't work, it renders this lump of MB's on my HDD, useless. The Last Of Us, is not Game Of The Year, it is Game Of The Generation. It is a truly great masterpiece......The few on here hating it, are the few that aren't still playing the s^%t out of it. I also really am enjoying slowly getting through Metro.....But TLOU is game of the year....that is obvious, as the Meta score must be through the roof, with all the 10's, 9.5's & barely a score that goes under that, apart from that one 7.5 that some attention whore site's reviewer ...
Why f%$king bother....Just make a new, true 3D Mario instead....something worthy of the name....the new one shown at E3, was a major letdown for me...same with Donkey Kong, as I want them to push the genre forward, like Mario64 & Banjo Kazooee did.
Nintendo are just getting boring with these re-hash 2D remakes that are coming to Wii-U, when they are really only 3DS type games.

I don't care what anyone says, PS4 being for games 1st & foremost, is what I want. I would prefer to have a separate box for other multimedia situations, as I believe that the OS system has to be bigger & bigger for this, which takes memory away from the systems core gaming functions.
I'm happy with everything PS3 does in regards to multimedia......I just want faster online (which I guess is more Sony's online servers), & features that benefit the gamer whil...

Sony, by entering the console biz, had Sony paved the way. What is never discussed is how brilliant Sony's inception into the business was. MS had 50 times the disposable cash resources that Sony had (& still has), yet Sony came in, selling 120 million + with there 1st effort, yet MS came in, guns blazing with there true XBone, & failed to get even half those sales numbers....in fact, I think they failed to even reach the high 30mil mark.

Yeh, it's received about 2 positive reviews, & 20 mediocre reviews. Do yourself a favor & play the demo first, then play it a few more times, then read some of the better sites (more reputable) reviews, as the positive ones seem to be coming from the less known sites, or newspapers & magazines that don't just specialize in gaming.....which is worrying.....so, just be careful, as, at this late stage of the game, your better off sticking with the Gears 3, Unchartered 3'...
The fact about backwards compatibility is that consumers voted with there wallets, with PS3, which offered b/c for 2 gens.....Sony's ENTIRE range of games for PS1 & PS2, which meant literally thousands of games that would run 100% perfect on Sony's new hardware, due to the fact, it had the PS2 emotion engine included inside the box, along with the Cell......And fact is, ALL PS3's still offer partial b/c anyhow, as they all play PS1 games.
