So easy to get a perfect score these days, they have become pointless.
Yeah well games are not movies, and they cost a lot more. If thousands of games can have replay value, then so can portal. Problem with to many gamers is they can't stop sucking Valve's dick and excuse them for everything they do.
I wouldn't trust the gaming media as far as I can throw them. I would take user reviews over bribe taking scum like IGN any day.
All the reviews I've read have said it has zero replay value, so I'll wait for a price drop. All these 10/10 scores are the usual over hyping bull crap that we have come to expect from the media
I played the demo it's a very basic noob fighter that deserves 6/10 Street Fighter rips it a new ass.

I played through Fallout 3 GOTY on 360 and had no problems, then I got it on PS3 and it froze every 30 minutes. WTF man.

And to all you saying it looks like murder, not rape, how the fuck do you know if they don't show you what he's about to do. It looks like rape to me, prove me wrong if you can.
Square do the same thing, take identical pictures and photoshop controller buttons into the pictures to make it look like two different versions. You are correct, the first two pictures are identical, there is no way you could get the exact same flame and character pose in each picture.

I just can't pay full price for Portal. Not going to happen. It's a gimmicky puzzle game that was bundled free with Orange Box, nothing changes that for the sequel. And unless you're into high scores you're not going to return to this game as you just rinse and repeat the same puzzles.

Funny watching people try to defend a awful game, I played the beta it was one of the worst games I've ever played.
Who gives a shit if it's the best or second best looking game. You get used to the graphics in any game after about 2 hours and then it looks normal and you want better.

I own a 360 and PS3, but I don't like using the 360 as it's so damn noisy and I fear it's going to break down soon. I see no reason for Bioware to make 360 exclusives in this day and age.
I've got Crysis 2 on 360 and PS3, and I can't see a difference. All the BS from places like IGN marking down the PS3 version for worse graphics is shocking. It's blatant lies to say the 360 version is better. They look the same and I actually prefer the PS3 version as the system runs with less noise and free online play.
I'm not going to bother reading sites like Digital Foundry no more, the differences between 99% of games are pathetically small and not even ...
The story is the only interesting thing about Alan Wake. The combat becomes old really fast. And they ran out of ideas so just throw wave after wave of bad guys at you in the end. It looked good and had some good levels, I just feel it was a one trick pony that became repetitive to play.
Story was what kept me playing. Not the actual gameplay.
