Why after seeing half life alyx and how amazing it looks people would want a very degraded version of that game. I understand steam vr is very expensive for some but sometimes people should wait till they can afford something or just be satisfied with what they have. Itll most likely be on the obviously more powerful psvr2 with better controller options but to be on psvr now to me would be a greatly degraded experience
I like the psvr but I think half life alyx should not be on the psvr because the experience would be greatly diminished due to the psvr capabilities and controllers. If it goes to psvr it would be ok but itll be massively downgraded but some people dont mind that.

Majority of gamers were once Nintendo fans because most gamers started gaming on a Nintendo platform. I started gaming on a gamecube then I got a wii , xbox 360 , wii u then a switch. Atari made Nintendo possible which made playstation. Nintendo made a lot of things that are standard in gaming now possible.
I wonder what it was like for some gamers in the past that started gaming on a Nes, SNES, sega genesis with only 2d games and then got a playstation which was the renaissance of gaming and had only 3d games . I think the switch will be ok because of catering to a different audience. The ps5 and xbox scarlet will be about 20 times more powerful than the switch but the switch is portable and mainly for children. Even though the new consoles will be able to have the latest gaming tech in games while the switch will mainly have cell shaded games and ports of games from the past the switches main selling point is that a child can play it at the park or wherever when a television isnt available to them....
