seeing ps3 exclusive says it all.. all u need to do is look at the beautiful game and then ur ps3 console sitting there .. u see the attention to detail.. that is how ps3 1st party games are and yes graphics matter big time in my world...

i do agree.. ya.. they do but seriously.. a man.. or woman with a family and kids u work on a game for X number of years ur wife is nagging u are not at home and u have to now spend an extra 4 months worth of work and she gets pissed of jilt ur ass. or in this economy.. they are so many factors... that would make dev shy away from the ps3.. but its gd at least sony fp dev are doing some gd work .. since the ps3 needs alot of attention to make it tick.
it sounds rediculous but do remember its a world of dreams come true and the way tech is advancing its only a matter of time b4 crazy shyt we never thought would happen do happen... rewind back to 1950 and tell those folks "hey have u played metal gear solid 4 on a machine called the ps3?" they would take u to a psycho-ward to and say u need deliverance from stupidity. weda they like it or not not everyone would connect ot the internet.. to download stuff.. not everyhome with a console has a broadband connection its not like right now its like a standard for living like water and electricity (and even if the make it part of it.. not every country has that resource to do so) so i bet my left nut it would be all disc on all next consoles. and even the next.. but well cant really say but the ps4 and xbox3 is so using physical mediums.
i remember reading an article about the research a few months back on n4g. and to make a 12tb disc on dvd damn that is sick so its more like DVDs would never die coz i dont think anyone would use up that much space in the next 20 years of gaming. but yet again i wonder in that case y cant these nanoDVD or super dvds work on the current xbox360 and maybe they send a system update much like the NXE to rewrite the way the dvd drive reads the disc so it can read them? just a thought...
one cant blame one for being a graphics whore .. at the end of the day fact remains that the eyes are the strongest sense of expressing entertainment and is the best medium to channel and what ever feeling u want the audience to feel, (OMG that monster is huge or u see a big lizard about to eat u and u run..) and as next gen ppl want to see the machines sing with all upgrades to whatever game it is ... so it should be at least standard to have a high graphics game in the gen or else stick to...
