people have said that 1st party developers always have the upper hand when it comes to quality, this is true and at the same time not necessarily, all developers have a shot at the industry people like 2k made bioshock ,and bioware with mass effect,and also epic with GOW and UT3.
so yes 1st party developers end up making games that look really intense (because they spend so much time with the hardware)...and at the same time no it just takes allot of skill.
Both also suffer a few times from choppy framerates. Both are pushing their hardware to the bleeding edge. It proves that current gen consoles are sufficient to run next gen games. But if COD5 is to top this, we may see limits being reached. Otherwise, textures and models look sharp across the board. The only interesting I noticed was the chair's texture changed a little bit, as seen the attached screens. Check the video at these shots. But then again, compression is culprit for many question...

how many of you think blue ray has improved textures in the world of gaming?
has blue ray really shown any effect in gaming? other than movies, i know it will in the future (PS4) but what about now (PS3)?

(Elite 360) has a point, most people who have an appeal to the ps3 will have a strong feeling towards the ps3's interest.
IGN had originally reviewed the 360 version BUT they were generous to give all the same rating. seems like a true un-bias review.

this most reascent game Double agent more than half percent technical support is not in the way, most of the time SAM tells technical support what he can do and can't.
snake on the other hand gets technical support on ALLOT OF THINGS (MGS1 HE NEEDED support on how to use medicine and a snipers gun) and every new weapon he got. (talk about a weapon specialist who constantly needs to be reminded)
and wats even more Fvcked up about this comparison is that most of the stuff that happens in MGS will never happen ( a guy getting his hand cut off and then all of a sudden switch personalities,the russians coming back in to power, robots that kill arabs, flying phycos with telekineses powers,on and on.........in real life sam would come true and MGS would be the comic books that sam would be reeding.(SAM takes ON REAL PEOPLE NOT STRANGE ENCOUNTERS)

also programming for the Cell is far more stifling then you think even konami tripped.
especially hear in the US, 360 a little over 12, million units, PS3 almost 6 million units.
