How do you not know that? Wednesday.
Fine by me.
*facepalms* You know, as soon as I finished watching this vid, I thought to myself, "I wonder how Kotaku will spin this?" Well, I have my answer, and so do all of you!
"Here's Sony's Eric Lempel. Eric's taking us through Sony's 2.40 firmware update for the PS3, and in particular, how the much-requested in-game XMB is going to work. Pleased? You're no doubt the sensible type, who knew not to expect too much. Disappointed? You've got nobody to blame but yourself (sp...
Yeah. Wait and see it is. Judging from what I'm seeing thus far, we won't be waiting long.
I just noticed that myself and came here to say so. I think we can call this rumor debunked. In case someone else wants to see it too, watch the vid and pause at the 56sec mark.
Damn, it's good to be a PS3 gamer!
*chuckles* For a second, I thought I was tripping. I had to re-read the source to make sure that I still . . . you know . . . knew HOW TO READ.
Interestingly enough, I still got it. No info about GTA4 there at all.
What in the blue hell does this have to do with GTA4!?
Not to mention GeOW got its cover/blindfire system from Killswitch.
This game has promise. I've had my eye on it ever since that Game Informer story. Hopefully it's a good one.....I need a decent RPG. Fallout 3 is coming up, but I want more.
It's a real burden, being right so often.
LMAO! You're joking, right? It WILL happen. Not instantly, but please believe that new tech will indeed replace old tech. If you don't agree, then you're living in a dreamworld.
I see interviews with this guy almost daily here. Shane Kim, all by himself, has shot his mouth off more in the past month than Sony has in the past f'n YEAR.
No, I got your point. I just called it irrelevant given the point of the article.
Dude, if he were to go there, then he may as well count computers and laptops with DVD playback capabilities too. No one sane would even try that, so he's wisely sticking to standalones. As you can see, he's not even counting the PS3 in this article (he even specifically excludes it in the second paragraph).
I thought according to Mr. Shane Kim, Blu-Ray wasn't "taking off?" What happened to that?
I mean, really. Isn't this somewhat absurd? Let me guess what happens next . . . PS3 Fanboys scour the internet, looking for the lowest reviews of this game from the most obscure "who-the-hell-are-these-g uys" site they can find, the 360 Fanboys will retaliate by pointing at the Haze reviews, and then someone will bring up MGS4, and then the usual madness will occur from there.
This is entirely too predictable and stupid. Everyone just enjoy your games! Why is that ...
I don't see how I got disagree. Didn't Mr. Shane Kim say very recently that they didn't like the promises that Sony made because basically they (MS) were having a hard time matching up (read: copying) what they had planned?
Sony is the one that made gaming as mainstream as it is today. If it wasn't for the PS2, the Wii wouldn't even have a market. Sony knows exactly what they're doing.

Edit: Then again, we do have to consider the source here. Let's look at some other examples of "Bruce on Games."
