Not bad on the price! $80 for a complete controller. Interesting! depending on how I like the games for it, I might have to go for it. And yes, I already have the PlayStation Eye, so don't bother explaining to me that it's more if you don't have one.
Is this supposed to be funny? Not a single game on this list interests me in the slightest. If these are the games that are supposed to sell me on Kinect, then MS is royally screwed.
I don't hate the thing. I simply have yet to see any compelling reason to even consider getting one. Not even one game shown for it looks like something I'd enjoy. All I've seen thus far are Wii/EyeToy clones in Hi-Def. I don't own a Wii or an EyeToy (I do own the PlayStation Eye, but that's mainly for video chat), so why would I want this thing?
Bottom line, kids: Software sells hardware. Kinect, far as I'm concerned, has no software. So why b...
About the only thing they can do to blow it at this point would be to not show up! MS set the bar VERY low this year.
This has been said, but seriously...what press conference were they watching!? The one I was watching wasn't even in the top five MS press events, let alone the best. They showed a few games I'd already seen before, didn't show the game I wanted to see (Crackdown 2), teased a Crytek exclusive, showed off ESPN, then spent the next hour talking about things that no one who'd be watching would care about. Why show all that stuff when they had an event last night to do just tha...
Oh, hell no! $60? For this shit? Who the hell is going to buy the damned Kinect at $150, then games for $60 a pop (this is assuming one already has a 360, which is funny because that's not the target audience for this damned thing)? Wouldn't a casual gamer just get a Wii? MS is going to have to rethink this.
VERY much looking forward to this. Running around Rome with a few friends and killing time and Templars together...sounds like a hell of a good time to me!
Yeah, to the hardcore, that conference was kinda meh. However, there were a few hardcore games shown, even if they clearly weren't the focus. Give them time. Sony has been mixing hardcore with casual since the beginning, while MS is new at this. Let's see if they learn from their mistake. E3 this year is lost to them, but there's still Germany and TGS to look forward to.
Patapon 3 and the Sly collection I expected, but a new Twisted Metal is a bit surprising! True, false; either way, we'll find out tomorrow around noon.
Awesome news! Never got to play 2 of the games, so I'm looking forward to this.
Can I ask a question? Who the hell cares? I hate graphics compparisons even normally, but comparing two games that aren't even done yet is flat-out stupid.
Just what I was thinking! Jesus! Hopefully what Sony is doing is announcing a bunch of sequels to distract us, and during E3 talk about some new IPs, or even bring some IPs back from the dead (who do I have to kill to get a new Legend of Dragoon game?).
Not to mention, of course, showing games like Agent and talking about the premium PSN service and all the 3D crap I don't really care about. This is going to be interesting.
While a paid service does indeed sound interesting, I'll wait to see the official announcement before deciding which way to go here. The core of what PSN is remains free, and for now that is what's important.
All of this....for a tweet?
And this was ever in doubt...when?
Man, I'm right there with you. I just happened to glace at my Google Reader on my phone and spotted this. I cannot wait until this game comes out! I wonder if the Beast is going to make an apperance. It's the entire reason Kessler did what he did in the first one.
Oh, and I don't care about spoilers. If you haven't played the first one already, tango sierra. You should have.
Pwn'd by Take Two.
Now I want this game even more. I'll have to pick it up.
I'd have to agree. Also I'm against the masses in their need for a Dark Cloud 3, since I wasn't fond of the first two.
If this news is true, then that really sucks. I hate rushed stories, regardless of the fact that I spend most of my time online.
I wonder if the people whining about wanting Dark Cloud 3 realize that the biggest draw of the Dark Cloud is a HUGE part of WKC online, or if they simply prefer to have gamimg mags/sites do their think...
I thought it was PlayStation Plus, not PSN Plus. Did I not hear that correctly?
