One thing that is most obvious while calling the opposite a fanboy is how obvious it becomes that they are just a fanboy of the opposite side.
Things like, "you're a stupid sony fanboy," or "you're a stupid M$ fanboy" are so transparent you can see that the attacking side has taken a shine to the opposite of what they are attacking to begin with. All the petty arguments from side to side have holes in them, all claiming none are fanboys. Though a quick skim through the respective comment history (or blog history) will certainly prove otherwise.
Using Bloodmask's old blog entries as a prime example, it's pathetic how much he hates "sony fanboys," and yet he is the top user of this website. I challenge Bloodmask's every move as they are all devoid of integrity.
Surely, this is a most overt and discernible tactic used by those who do not want to be branded. For those of you who truly, truly do not take sides, open your EYES and see that you are feeding a troll that in one fell swoop has so easily taken your intelligence. I also agree with the hypocrisy. I mean you have the Sony fans saying Natal is a "Eye Toy" yet they are fine with ripping off the Wii Mote with "Move". They should rename this site News for Sony fans honestly. The only stories that get pushed through quickly are Sony related, the Microsoft ones are left in limbo and then get flagged over and over again for BS reasons.
Bottom line is, Sony fans take things too seriously IMHO and have a thing I found on Urban Dictionary called "Fevens Logic".
