Two days ago i purchased 3 new games for PS3, Uncharted, Resistance 2, and LBP. I am only interested in Uncharted, while my younger bro will play R2 and LBP. It seems R2 has very short single player, he finished it rather quickly....we cant see how many hours he played, since there is no such info(probably hidden on purpose) , so atm he is enjoying coop which he likes a lot.
I played 2:30 hours of Uncharted, and it is very good game, nice flow. Love how at first you just explore all the way up to submarine. Nice story, Drake is very likeable character. I am very satisfied with game. I know someone will hate me for saying this but cover system in GeOW is superior, or at least it feels better/cooler. Also pace of action in Gears is way cooler, it is fast/brutal and you feel like badass, weapons in Gears kick ass, sound and everything about them is awesome. But on other hand story in Gears is pointless, like watching WWE or something. "Like, who gives a sh!t!?" Characters are generic as it can be, but i guess this game is not about characters and story but all about AWESOME action and adrenaline feeled campaign. I really enjoyed game. What i didn't like was last part of chapter 5, when you are on that train, i mean does it get more linear than that? Also lack of boss fights. That last boss fight (rAAM?) was horrible! I finished him in like 2 minutes , eventually run to that cannon and blasted his ass.
I am also playing Far Cry 2 on PC, game looks AWESOME! Graphics are really impressive, and best of it game doesn't require you to have monster hardware to run it, like Crysis. What i really hate about this game are random fights, like when you drive your car and you get shot at from all sides, cars catching up to you, go way faster than you so it is impossible to escape, you have to fight them, it really gets annoying after a while.
Red ALERT 3, o man i was looking forward to this. Played it on PC, finished Soviet campaign and it is enough for me. SAME freking game for 10 years, give me a brake! Red Alert games need some kind of evolution this was really weak. Just give me Starcraft 2.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.
The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.
Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.
15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.
These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse

wow...and if ur bro went through it quickly maybe he played on easy...well u click on community...then on profile then your character will come up do this before entering comp or co op so when your at the main screen and u havent selected anything....then when u click on community u go to profile then click on stats and it will chow u everything you did in the campaign for R2...in my opinion (SPOILER for R2!!dont read on i warned you) i think capelli will be the main character for R3 if they make one since he did shoot nathan in the head
on getting uncharted. it's long overdue, but still better than never. try not to get too bogged down with the comparisons. enjoy it for what it is.
and... MAKE SURE YOU FINISH IT.
i've had a few people who were turned off by some parts and decided not to keep going, but the second half of that game is AMAZING, so please do finish it.
as for LBP/R2... meh... they're decent games, but not what we'd hoped they'd be.
I played through uncharted 4 times to get the platinum. It never felt stale even for a second.
Uncharted is a good game.Nice choice
