Any self-respecting gamer has played at least one truly terrible game that they have just wanted to burn. But what is the absolute worst game you have ever played? For me, it's a tie between E.T (Atari 2600) and Grand Prix (also Atari 2600). With E.T, all you did was run around a decidedly Green area collecting square ummm... Reeses pieces, maybe? And Grand Prix (the image on the right)had no point whatsoever. All you did was drive on a straight track passing an infinite number of cars until you reached the finish line in who-knows-what place. Only to make you reset it and start the agonizing 45 seconds all over again.(I would like to state for the record that I'm not trashing the Atari 2600 because it did have some okay games.) What game was the biggest waste of time in your life? (It can be any game on any system)

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.
Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

The charity event will be streamed live from Gamescom in August.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.
Hmm worst game I've ever played? Probably Back to the Future on the NES... yea, thats it. It sucked. I burned it. I smiled and then peed on it.

Hmmm worst ever?
That is a tough one - so much crap so little time....
1) Custer's last stand (didn't play it... didn't even want to see it on sale where I did /shudder)
but it can't be my worst ever played (it's just worst ever)
2) ET 2600 ... no one can argue that was a piece of crap so bad that it still smells to this day....
no no no... For me worst ever was:
"The Wizards Castle" 1981 IPCO or
"The Holy Grail" 1984 Hayden Software
Rocketman Axis of Evil demo.
I know it's just a demo, but there was not ever a single game which made me angry and amazed at the same time on how bad a game can be.
The worst game I ever owned and played has to be Sonic The Hedgehog 2006. I won't go into detail, because if you want to know about the limitless flaw just read the reviews, but Sonic played like he was a turtle that had his feet stuck in his own ass while conveniently dieing of old age. Worst 60 euros I ever spend.
I remember this game was the very first game I rented as soon as I bought my PS ONE back in 1995. The trailer of it on the PlayStation Picks disc that was bundled with the console looked cool, so I thought I'd give it a shot. After 30 minutes of play time I turned it off and didn't touch it again.
