According to SEGA they have interest in making The Conduit a series. Even though that the next The Conduit game may come out in late 2010 or early 2011, or on Nintendo's next system (Wii 2, Wii HD, whatever they call it). What type of series will it become and evolve. And will other developers start making hardcore Wii games? (EndWar and H.A.W.X better end up on the Wii). Here is my take on the situation.
What type of series will The Conduit become. If The Conduit is set in Washington D.C during an alien invasion, will The Conduit 2 spread the invasion to other major cities, or will it do something completely different. Will The Conduit also end at the third game (it better not). I see this series having the Drudge aliens spreading similar to Resistance 2. I hope that a lot of The Conduit games are made on all Nintendo systems and that all of them are really good.
Now here is my final question. Will other publishers and developers start making more hardcore Wii games. I believe that publishers should make 70% of their Wii games hardcore and 30% of their Wii games casual. Due to the Quantam3 engine offering Xbox 360 graphics, most hardcore games are able to be put on the Wii with great graphics. Capcom tells us that the Wii can't even handle Resident Evil 5's title screen. Would it work on the Quantam3 engine (hopefully). I believe that the Wii is also perfect for spin-off titles (Quake Wii, Doom Wii, and a Moon game on the Wii). High Voltage is doing an amazing thing (I am getting all my friends to buy a Wii or set up Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection in order to play The Conduit with each-other online) With 2009 being the year of hardcore Wii games, I hope that the following titles using a especially advance game engine or the Quantam3 engine are ported for the Wii.
1. Resident Evil 5
2. Bionic Commando
3. Hydrophobia
4. The Wheelman
5. This is Vegas
6. Fuel
7. The King of Fighters XII
8. Street Fighter IV
9. H.A.W.X
10. EndWar
11. A United States release of Disaster: Day of Crisis.
12. Fracture (It would probably be better on the Wii in my opinion)
I hope that this happens and that the next system from Nintendo has a 60% hardcore appeal and a 40% casual appeal. The next Nintendo system I want is a 4.0 GHz graphics proceseer with full backwards compatibility. This is when Xbox 360 graphics will be easier to make without a large pricetag. And when 2012 comes I will be camping outside a Wal-Mart somewhere for my only Generation 8 system (possibly). Please comment.

NE: "We look at the advantages and disadvantages of physical and digital versions of games on Nintendo Switch 2."
The upcoming expansion for Doom: The Dark Ages is "like a sequel", according to game director Hugo Martin.
A new comparison shows Resident Evil 7 on Switch 2 runs at 60fps with visuals close to PS5, outperforming the PS4 version.
