2009 is the year of hardcore Wii games. There are a lot of Wii games coming out and 2009 in my opinion is the year of hardcore games. If you don't believe me here is a list:
1. MadWorld
2. The Conduit
3. I Am Alive
4. Cursed Mountain
5. Sin & Punishment 2
6. Spyborgs (?)
7. Tenchu 4
8. Capucine
9. Monster Hunter 3
10. TimeSplitters 4
11. And hopefully Disaster: Day of Crisis in the United States
12. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Echoes of Time
13. Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers
The Wii is getting a lot of hardcore games and hopefully, they will all be good. I think it is worth mentioning that most third-party game developers make casual games on the Wii (EA Playground) and that is kind of weird. I believe that developers should port their hardcore titles to the Wii. If they want high level graphics I believe they should license the Quantan3 engine or make Wii exclusive titles (Doom Wii anyone???) I hope that Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X, Tom Clancy's EndWar, and several other titles are ported over to the Wii in the near future. Here is a list of titles that should be ported to the Wii:
1. H.A.W.X
2. EndWar
3. Splinter Cell: Conviction
4. Resident Evil 5
5. Hydrophobia
6. The Wheelman
7. Street Fighter IV
8. This Is Vegas
9. Velvet Assassin
10. Call of Duty 6
11. Fuel
I seriously hope some developers are reading this (and I hope some people who know developers are reading this. I believe it makes sense to either make hardcore Wii exclusive titles or port hardcore Wii titles onto the Wii. I think that the titles should license the Quantam3 engine if the developers want the best graphics. I hope someone agrees with me on that post. Here is the end of my blog, and I know I talk too much, but I would love to see a extremely hardcore Wii title. For any developer who managed to make a hardcore Wii game (The Conduit) I salute you.

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.
Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

The charity event will be streamed live from Gamescom in August.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.
