Is Agent GTA 5? UPDATE!!!

I've been pondering this for a long long time and with so little known about Agent, it's starting to seem a little bit possible.

Firstly, it's already well known that Agent is being made because Microsoft paid Take 2 $75 million in order to make GTA4 multiplatform and the DLC a timed exclusive. If Microsoft found out that GTA5 was going to be a PS3 exclusive they would probably throw double that their way in order to make it multi, so they could have called it Agent, as a code name, in order to keep it a secret. I understand that this is a little far-fetched but so is a lot of stuff in the wacky world of business.

Secondly, there is the name itself. Notice how the letters G T and A all appear in the word agent. It is grasping at straws I know but what are the chances of that happening. Granted they don't appear in order but they are all in the name. Could this be a little clue as to the actual name of this game.

Thirdly, there has been no new information about this game other than it's set during the cold war and is about spies. On gamespot.com the description says "Agent will take you on a paranoid journey into the world of counter intelligence, espionage, and political assassinations during the height of the Cold War". The height of the could war was, correct me if I'm wrong, the 80's which was the Vice City era, and everything else in that description does sound GTAesk.

I do understand that they might not have disclosed any information about Agent because they didn't want to tear any attention away from Red Dead Redemption and Episodes from Liberty City, but the more I think about this the more it seems to fit. Rockstar North have been confirmed as making this game, surely they wouldn't be working on both Agent and GTA5 at the same time. Please leave comments as to weather I have gone mad with conspiracy theories and rumours or if this actually has a small chance of being true as I'm still not sure if I'm mad or not either.

UPDATE!!!!

Just because it makes me feel like a bit of a detective. I have looked further into this for more clues, well I say clues it's more like more theories, and have found some new evidence.

If you take the letters G T and A out of agent you are left with E and N left. Now EN is a registered post code in... wait for it... LONDON. So, that means that Agent can spell out GTA London, technically. This is turning into quite a fun game actually, if anyone else can find clues to go on let us know.

i don't think so sony made a contract with rockstar north for the agent franchise
not mention that one of heads at take-2 stated grand theft auto is a rag to riches expirience while agent has diffrent character development, diffrent plot and story,diffrent world. but you're not mad or crazy just guy with a cool theory
but gta will not be comming back as a ps3 exclusive it's made to much money to just abandon a fanbase across all platforms except the wii but i will say this agent will be what rockstar north always wanted a very deep open world game and
possibly will be what gta 4 was suppose to be.

Thanks for the comment, it makes me feel a little less crazy now lol but I think this is something I'm not going to get out of my head until I see that first Agent trailer/screenshot/preview.

@shotgun-ps3

no problem and i agree hopefully agent get's a teaser or a few details game is guranteed to be awesome!

Yeah I have no doubt about that. The only bad game Rockstar has made to my memory was Liberty City and Vice City stories on the PS2 and they where only bad because they where ports of the PSP versions.

The fact that Agent hasn't been shown is because Sony wanted something by Rockstar as they have an exclsuve agreement to counteract MS line-up during last years E3 and decided to go out on a limb and present a game still in concept stages.
