It appears that the game of politics is even seeping into the world of online gaming. A social gaming site, Social Gaming Network, has a game on its hub called JetMan where users can play as a simple man traveling through an obstacle course. The only button you need to know is the spacebar.
However, the creators of JetMan and Social Gaming Network have a new game - JetDelegate (http://apps.facebook.com/playjetman/delegate_arena.php) – their online debate – and according to the social gamers, JetObama and JetMcCain are neck and neck with more than 120 million points each and JetHillary is trailing by several million points coming in at just over 25 million.
The game is easy – use the space bar or mouse to navigate your chosen delegate through a maze of tunnels with Statue of Liberty obstacles that you have to avoid to accumulate points.
And it’s more than just a game to players – JetDelegate generated more than 3,000 comments on the message board in the first 48 hours since its launch – indicating that social gamers and social networkers are eager to have their voices heard.
The game looks simple and not as graphic intense compared to games available for home consols, but with more than 3,000 comments on the message board, this simple game may help decide the next president. Let N4G know what you think about it the game.
