Grand Theft Auto 4 is probably one of the most highly anticipated games of 2008, yet it has spent such a long time getting here i often wondered whether it actually would in my lifetime. Currently there are only 83 long days to wait for this great game to grace the consoles of 360 and PS3 users around the world, and frankly i cant wait. Rockstar have been very selective in what they have done and said in terms of game details and marketing but the way they have handled everything is very clever. The odd dribbles of GTAIV here and there and the trailers being released showing us great city environments but still hiding so much from us. I heard that Rockstar have only released 30% of the game to us so far yet the excitement has been hyper. Now Rockstar has started their, what seems to be, final stage of their marketing with Wanted posters being posted around Brooklyn and new Screenshots leaking out from Yahoo and Gamespot just getting everybody hyped for the final months before GTAIV is released. I cannot wait to get my hands on this game and come the day of 29th April, my life will be sucked away into the realms of Liberty City and its life of crime. Behold, it is nearly here and well worth the wait. Grand Theft Auto 4.

Solo indie developer BeamBrain has announced the release of Guardian Cry, a new free-to-play action adventure game inspired by the SNES classics.
Claims suggest new PS4 and PS5 digital purchases may require a 30-day online check, though Sony has not confirmed any changes.
I did see this this come up as a rumor, but until stated otherwise I guess take it with a grain of salt.
If true I think it is clearly a bug. The whole point of having a primary account is that it automatically resyncs lice ses when connected to the Internet on that device. Having to make Sally log in every 30 days makes no sense.

I think this will be game of the year definately. Oh unless Metal Gear Solid grabs it.
Unless by some fluke disaster Rockstar screws up this game will be game of the year. Because its being released on both 360 and PS3 it will sell more than Halo 3 breaking all of its records.
I'm taking off work Tuesday through Friday on launch week. Can't WAIT!
