Forza musings.....

Well I've finally gotten to Level 50 in the Career mode of Forza 2.  Am now working on completing specific Race Competitions, so I can work on collecting all the cars for the various Achievements.  Need to get on with the Time Trials having only completed the first few.

What has annoyed me of late, is that there must be some form of glitching that people are using to massively ramp up their in-game credits.  To see an auction of the, now famous Jessica Alba car go for hundreds of millions of credits is just wrong.

Please Turn 10 / Microsoft patch up these loopholes ASAP.

Also starting to see certain cars really dominate various classes, to the point where there's no point competing against them.  One that springs to mind is the Lotus Elise 135R, in the lower classes, as well as the Lotus Elan in D Class.  I thought this was an issue that had been dealt with since the Honda Civic's utter dominance in Forza 1.

P.S.  I suppose as this is my blog I can big myself up - given that I don't pretend to be the world's best sim driver, achieving 2nd fastest time in the world a few days ago on Nissan Speedway in the R2 class pleased me no end.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

S2Killinit22d ago

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse
