I just purchased Warhawk Expansion #2 - Broken Mirror, and one thing REALLY bothers me.
While I do appreciate how much support goes into Warhawk, and how much longevity Incognito is imbuing into the game, what really bothers me is when an update or add-on BREAKS a game.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?
To what am I referring?
Framerate issues!
I can't stand it! The new ice map is FILLED with framerate hitches and slowdown!
It REALLY throws off the smoothness I am used to whilst flying a Warhawk, and it's rather disconcerting to accidentally suicide into a building because the framerate dropped down to 12-15 fps and I couldn't avoid it fast enough.
Warhawk is a wonderfully smooth game, with framerate issues USUALLY only occurring in the LARGEST of battles, and I am absolutely ASTOUNDED that Incognito would let something bigger like this slip through playtesting.
It's REALLY obvious, and it's FREQUENT.
Anyone else encountering this? I've tried it on multiple PS3s, all with the same results.
I used to like Warhawk because of how smooth and silky it was.
Oh and one more gripe for you guys to hear:
There are no more 32-player dedicated servers.
That REALLY F*CKING PISSES ME OFF.
It hasn't even been a year since the game launched, and already, the biggest servers are GONE.

It was supposed to be featured during tonight’s BAFTA Game Awards, but according to Jones, the trailer was removed from the showcase at the last minute due to its content.
Gran Carismo no more. The game, which launched earlier this month, is now named Grand Car Racing.

Do frame-rate issues really make people that mad? Thank god i dont notice them...
Perhaps you're experiencing some lag? Or are you certain that the whole thing slows down?
wow, I've palyed Warhawk for about 100 hours now, including the new expansion and have experienced a bit of lag here and there but no framerate issues.
I am not experiencing LAG, people, I experience my framerate issues whilst flying in a warhawk over the middle city area in the Ice Map.
I experience the framerate problems while on a dedicated server, while on a player server, AND while on my own created server.
It's THERE, guys. Do a bit of flying over the MIDDLE of the ice map where the town is, and you'll see. Move up and down as you fly over the town, and that is where the framerate bug hurts me.
Believe me...it's noticeable, and it's a pain in the ass.
