Our Favorite PS4 Games So Far

Destiny

As probably the biggest release of the year, Destiny is a really fun game to play. Even more so when you play with friends. We have been really excited to get our hands on this and shoot some aliens. Although there are some areas that are lacking, Bungie’s new sci-fi shooter sits very well with us.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn

Wow there is so much to do in this game! There is the main story quest which holds our attention to an extent, however there are lots of other things to do while you level up your character. The game looks beautiful and plays very smoothly. The raids are fun and plating with friends makes the game even more enjoyable.

Battlefield 4

When we initially purchased our PS4 consoles there was not a lot of games out. However we had Battlefield! The fourth installment of the first person shooter has an intense campaign mode and the multiplayer is fun and dynamic as always. We put a good amount of hours into this game and had a lot of fun with it.

Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition

With never playing a Diablo game I was excited to try it out on the PS4. And I have to say that this game was awesome. The first weekend I had this game my wife and I played all weekend long and had a blast. The game is so mindlessly addicting that we just kept playing for hours! A really fun game to just sit down and kill a bunch of stuff.

The Last of Us

Possibly the best game of the last generation, the next gen version was nothing short of the same. With improved graphics and all the DLC included the next gen version is a keeper.

What are your favorite next gen games? Let us know!
