Chroma Squad is a tactical RPG about five stunt actors who decide to quit their jobs and start their own Power Rangers-inspired TV show. Cast actors, purchase equipment and upgrades for your studio, craft weapons and giant Mechas out of cardboard and duct tape. Once the cameras are rolling, you will control your cast of five colored-jumpsuit-clad warriors in dramatic, turn-based battles.

Mini Q&A
Answers provided by Saulo Camarotti, Producer and Founder
Why do you make games?
I personally see games as a new form of Myth. In ancient and classic times, the Myth was used as a possibility to tell stories with a deeper meaning. Stories about heroes would inspire a civilization to be more responsible and make a better world. I think that games are not just entertaining, it can make a better world. We can provide some hours of laughter, but also transmit a good message. As a game developer, I understand that I should make games that promote things that I want to see in the world, like heroism, virtues, pro-activity and tons of other things.
Why should people play titles from Behold Studios?
We create games that are very similar to the way that we are. We laugh all the time, we make fun of the problems, we like challenges, we see things from other angles, and I think that our games are like that. It provides hours of laughter and joy, while combining good mechanics and intelligent problem solving. We like the classics RPG from the 80's and 90's, specially when using the pixel art style, but the player can expect more, considering that the gameplay is very contemporary and fresh. Expect mind blowing some times, like Knights of Pen & Paper and Chroma Squad special moments.
What element of game design do you hold above all others?
We have some pillars that we like to discuss when designing our games. It's hard to chose just one to hold above all others. But you can always expect a new angle of a standard situation. For example, when we started creating a game about Power Rangers and Tokusatsu, we realized that we could create a game where players can record episodes for a Power Rangers tv show! That would be much much more amazing, and came out to be Chroma Squad.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

The charity event will be streamed live from Gamescom in August.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.
