iLLOGIKA is an independent studio out of Montreal, Canada that has worked on a variety of video games and similar projects since 2009. Their latest project, Subaeria, is their first independent title.
Subaeria is a roguelike action puzzler where you manipulate robots in order to get them to destroy one another. Play as four different characters with interlinking storylines, power up your drone to overcome obstacles, defy robot law in a land of robots, and never play the same game twice with procedurally generated levels.

Mini Q&A
Answers provided by Valentine Dessertenne
Why do you make games?
We think games are the most immersive, exciting and thorough medium to live through a vast array of experiences. We make them because we want to give our players the ability to experience plenty of different adventures and always come out having learned something or experience something new.
Why should people play titles from Illogika Studios?
Anytime a player interacts with our games, he’ll get something out of it. Our games are worth the time that players spend on them, they create memories or at least leaves a tiny something onto the player. Either from story or gameplay, the players will get something from our games.
What element of design do you hold above all others?
Feedback within the game is what matters most to us. It guides the player and helps him feel involved in the world. It's the language of the game. How it interacts and converses with the player. If the game can't speak fluently to your player, they will be lost right at the beginning.

Day 10 | iLLOGIKA

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.
Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

The charity event will be streamed live from Gamescom in August.

Thanks to the slip-up of an artist working on the title, we now have more evidence that a new Injustice game is in the works.
Always good to see more puzzle games and from the vid, it looks pretty neat. However I see we're back in Canada, seems like the gaming scene is exploding over there.

The game looks really good! I really like the randomly generated levels.
I wonder how differently those four characters feel and do they have different powers?
