Really loved the indiemonth! Would love to see more monthly showcases, or even just weekly (ie. Zombie Week, RPG Week, Android Games Week, etc).

I've never heard of Heat Signature, so this is just another game that the indiemonth has exposed me to.

Graphically, it's rudimentary ofcourse, but the gameplay seems unique and interesting.

Wow, the game concept is excellent and it's nicely executed, my only gripe is the graphics, but they can be overlooked.
The game has excellent stealth gameplay, not only do you have to sneak in space to board another ship but once you're on, it becomes this spy sci-fi mission.
Well done Tom Francis! love it! and impressed that he's done it all on his own. :)

On a side note, Indie month has been a wonderful feature on N4G. Getting a glimpse into developers' minds, why they do what they do and how!

Only two days to go...

Heat Signature looks quite fun already. Just add some goals and random events and we're good to go. ;D Nah, better take your time and get the game to a place where you're comfortable releasing it, Francis.

I honour the choice of not wanting to have DLC, but wanting the game to be feature-complete at launch. Generally makes it a better experience for the players not to have the game "reinvigourated" by stuff that could've been there from the start. Of course, adding some extra events through patching if the game is successful enough wouldn't be too bad either.

Sneaking in space made me laugh.

I hope the last day of Indie month will be dedicated to One Finger Death Punch

Well, I'm sold on this. Haven't played a space game in this vein for quite a while.

Heat Signature looks like a really cool concept for a game. It seems like it'd be fun to play right now even in pre-alpha, so I'll be really interested to see the final game. Thanks once again for Indie Month and all these giveaways!

I like what I've seen so far. It has a way to go (especially graphically) but I enjoy the concept so far. Good job.

High Signature is able to showcase in its simplicity and low cost. There is no need for games to have an enormous budget in order to develop an enjoyable game.

I think Mr. Francis' indie game that could be as great as Psychonauts(or greater than), the only problem I see with it is the lack of any goal.

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.

Is this like the 10th quarter in a row they're down 33% on hardware how is that even mathematically possible. You would think their mediocrity would Plateau
