I understand a sites need to keep things under control. I understand that criticism hurts a bit, we've all gone through it. But my friend was banned from Gamespot for criticizing a video of tips for Gran Turismo. There was no cursing, no insulting, no name calling. He said the guy didn't know what he was talking about, and that got him banned.
Seriously, here the whole quote:
"These are stupid tips. You can win a ton of races just getting the right tires, flywheel, clutch, intake and exhaust. Just like in real life. This guy doesn't know what he's talking about."
That got him banned. And there was no reason given.

With Nintendo's Virtual Boy set to be relaunched on Nintendo Switch 1 & 2 this week, XRSource asks, is the Virtual Boy really Virtual Reality?
The Outer Zone shares the story behind its upcoming PS5 release, out Feb 19.

Mario Tennis Fever is easy to learn, fun to keep playing, and builds fast rallies with Fever shots and special racquets.
I had a similar fallout with IGN, those bastards banned me after 1 comment. No warning, nothing, just a ban.
I didn't curse, bash anything, attack anyone.
Thats why I use this site now instead of IGN as a gaming news portal. IGN is biased anyways.
Nobody cares. :p
Go to GameTrailers. Even if they ban you (which only happens after months of daily trolling), they allow you to mult account.
same happened to me on 1up after calling out that ugly b.tch out. Don't know her name. i just wrote the truth that she are rest of 1up are just a bunch of 360 fanboys.
No wonder they collapsed
wow was he level 43
I remember reading that comment lol. He got a lot of thumbs up for it too.
That is clearly bad censorship and the person modding him deserves to be looked into.
