Dear Gamers,

Hello, I was wondering if any of you guys/gals still exist.  I remember the days when one and all enjoyed talking about the things we love which are video games.  When people could own any console and have any opinion without getting flamed, it was glorious back then.  Some people now treat "said" consoles as idols.  BLASPHEMER!  How dare you say that about "x" consoles/games.  Which brings me to my point of this post. The blatant idiocy of the posts as a result of E3 articles are stupid.  "insert game console manufacturer" copied and stole "x"! This has been going on for years, but you know what good comes from it....wait for it....INNOVATION!  If game companies are continually challenged to "one up" the competitor it boasts well for us, the end consumer.   Do you some of you people understand how boring it would be if we just had one option?  It would suck.  "No sorry we don't sell HALO or God Of War, we only have Barbie All Stars!".   Sorry that might appeal to a few.  All consoles offer something to the gaming community, which is excellent.  We all should be excited from the recent E3.  While I thought Nintendo was dismal, both Sony and MS have some great things to offer gamers now and in the future. "Gamer" isn't that a better word than "fanboy".  I am not saying it isn't all right to like a console.  It's just ridiculous to treat it as though it was a living and breathing thing.  Hell maybe it is for some of you.  I don't know.  Enjoy the games, and stop the hate!

Just not how you presented it. You should huck in some formatting, maybe a paragraph or two. Perhaps write it up and then proof read it. I just detect a lack of effort. Maybe this would work better as a forum topic... that way noone has to approve it before it becomes publicly viewable.

I understand your anger and i agree, that's why I approved... but the formatting?? really that is probably why it has not been approved yet... maybe with just a little more thought and effort this could be a great article... for now it's just one big ol' ranting paragraph.. doesn't help your cause much really. Nor you for that matter.

Just my opinion :/

It did have paragraphs but I think there is something jacked up with the formatting options on n4g.com.

It was doing some crazy stuff. *shrugs*

if i were to say this in the news section my god they would $hit a brick!!!! this site is pretty ridicules and run by fanboys and not all fanboys but PS3fanboys i mean if you go to any news article and write... "that ps3 game looks good but i only own a 360 i cant afford a ps3" guess what 50 disagrees and say goodby to bubbles!!!!! but you can go to a 360 news article and just type in........ "PS3" RULES" 360 SUCKS" you get 50 agrees and hello BUBBLES.... this site is BORDERLINE RETARDED!!! I WOULD LIKE TO ADD I ONLY OWN A PS3!

I'm completely hounded by 360 fans at every turn and can't even discuss the most basic of gamer issues without them pointing and yelling "FANBOY!". If you aren't 100% pro Microsoft, expect to be debubbled, have loads of hate mail PM'd your way and expect 80 responses saying "ALL MULTIPLATS ARE BETTER ON THE 360".

I don't know what site you've been posting to, but Sony news items are completly overrun with people who want to do nothing but slam Sony.

Actual gamers are few and far between, it seems. And the 360 articles seem even worse, with 360 fans taking every opportunity, not to discuss their console or games, but to take shots at Sony. It's pathetic. Both consoles are great. Deal with it.

This site must have changed in the past 6 months i haven't been on in a while cuz i found alot NOT ALL but ALOT of people on hear are really childish so i felt in my life i have better things to do other than argue with a bunch of people that act like 5 year olds....I believe it was around the time KZ2 was coming out and things were getting pretty ridicules.... and if this site has always been PRO MS than maybe i am thinking of a different site LOL... BUT I LOVE getting on hear and discussing upcoming games and graphics and various other topics is a good time im sure we all can agree on

I agree. That's why I don't come on here as much anymore. Too many kids.

I wish I could agree but I can't help but think you might be remembering or imagining the old days a bit too fondly. I'm old enough to remember the terrible war that broke out between Sega and Nintendo back in the days of 16 bits. I remember shipping out to the front line with my rifle and my copy of Gamesmaster magazine, ready to kill young men no older than I, for what? What did all the bloodshed get us? Crazy Taxi? Wii fit? Was it really worth it?

My best friend these days is an ex Nintendo soldier, I myself fought for Sega. We meet for tea and trade war stories once or twice a month and it's almost funny to us now, that these people were sent to fight and die to protect the honour of a gaming company that they weren't even employed by. People have always done it and so long as there are people they always will do it. It's all such a terrible waste. Especially since Atari already achieved console perfection with the Jaguar.

I still love talking about games.Forget Sony,MS,Nintendo,sales reports,and metacritic.

I eagerly anticipate Metroid Prime Other M,Uncharted 2,Gran Turismo 5,Alan Wake,Splinter Cell Conviction and Super Mario Galaxy 2.These games will be bursting with quality in graphics, music, art direction, story, game mechanics and most importantly fun.

Just bring the games back to the gamers, not the trolls, fanboys, stockbrokers,an d "journalists"

"sales reports,and metacritic."

I hate seeing articles that have anything to do with that. Even worse is the comment section for those articles.

Review - PARANORMASIGHT: The Mermaid's Curse (Switch) | WayTooManyGames

WTMG's Heidi Hawes: "PARANORMASIGHT: The Mermaid’s Curse is a wonderful follow-up to the The Seven Mysteries of Honjo. You won’t need to have played the first game to understand this one, but there are a few references to characters and events from that game that will give fans of the first an extra layer of appreciation. The pacing is can be rough, especially during the opening hour or so, but beyond that is a game that has plenty of twists, turns, and thought-provoking themes."
