I wonder how are they going to tackle this one. This is where the series started to get cheesy and sometimes unintentionaly so. They will have to fix a lot in terms of a story.
I'm sorry to say this but most of your ideas would fail. All you're wanting is remakes/re-releases/redos of other stuff for the most part. Nintendo's problem is that they are stuck in the Past. Remakes aren't going to help them. Maybe reboots of older games might, but that's just as risky.
What Nintendo needs to do is stop being a tortoise about everything they do, ditch the evergreen strategy they've been using for decades now, and join everyone else in the Present. Foster relationships with 3rd party studios willing to take a risk on the Wii U, get their first party games out A.S.A.P. and market the Wii U better.
